Day 2 results received 49 hours after sample delivery

I ordered a day 2 test kit well in advance of travelling it arrived quickly Registration was straight forward I sent it back on the second day after returning and Royal Mail delivered it to Dante in almost exactly 24 hours They acknowledged receipt eight hours later and then took a further 41 hours to analyse the sample and provide the result Dante Labs website clearly states that they will provide results 24 hours after receipt of the sample In my case it took slightly over 49 hours At least I received my results and the service was quite easy to use but Dante are not providing the quality of service they are advertising I m glad this was just a day 2 sample rather than a test required to travel or release from quarantine Given my experience I wouldn t recommend them

Took 9 days after purchase to receive my test result Too slow

There is no problem with posttage speed This company simply is too slow I bought a test and they sent it only after 4 days I received it 1 day later When I sent it back it took them a few days to send the result

Dear Dante Labs- Please re-send my Day 2 tests

Dear Dante Labs I am trying to reach you by e-mail and phone but you do not reply I have THREE day 2 tests that never arrived at my house The tracking message from Royal Mail says Tests refused Not entirely sure what went wrong as I was at home waiting for them but this was almost two weeks ago and despite our best efforts to contact you to have them sent back to us we will pay the postage In the meantime we had to have the Day 2 tests done on the day at a cost of GBP 120 per test If we can use these tests again at a future date or if you can re-imburse us the money that would be great Please contact me ASAP Thank you

money making farce

paid for 5 x day two tests they all arrived but one was broken i e mailed the company to explain that i either needed a refund long shot or another test ASAP my e mail was ignored the whole process is a money making scam and a complete farce by the time i had received the negative results i had been mixing with hundreds of people so i ask what is the point

4 day two tests ordered and received really quickly Sent back the tests all at the same time received two results 3 days later a third 5 days later and still waiting for the 4th result after a week Chased twice but no response from them though looking at some of the reviews I was lucky to get three results back I would not use or recommend this company again

Late results

Late results In their sites they say that you get your results by 24 hours after they are recieved by the Lab Its been more than 48 hours and i didnt receive a result

Pointless

The test delivery was good test completed and posted in the Priority post box 20 9 before 10 00 package recorded as received 22 9 - but results not received until 27 9 What use would that have been if it was positive This is not acceptable

Day 2 test results never came while Day 5 and 8 came They issued a refund after emailing them several times so at least that was fair

Won t use them again

Won t use them again Day8 test results for my husband never received Royal Mail tracking showed that package was delivered but DanteLabs showed it as not received Never received any response on my emails No explanation whatsoever What a load of crap

Test arrived shame result didn t

Ordered test and it arrived promptly That was encouraging However since then the service has been poor and I still have not received my result I sent my test back on Sunday probably collected Monday admittedly and still waiting for results today Sunday despite chasing twice Given that the test is compulsory on return to the UK from abroad I would seriously suggest based on my experience you seek an alternative tester
