Takes too long to release the result
The website says the test result comes out after 24hours upon receiving the sample in the lab but I received my after more than 96 hours after sending the swab Both times Day 2 and Day 8 tests

Test results not sent to individuals
I ordered and paid for more than one day two test They arrive next day Having completed and returned them I got email and text confirmation then several hours later I got test results so all good so far My issue is that we all completed the tests which require you to register the individual tests online with the persons details including their contact details So even though everyone gave their email address and mobile number it appears because I ordered the results I was sent the information so I had to work out test to person fortunately all negative but surely a breach of Data Protection Act or some other such thing that I got someone else s test results

Misunderstandings and customer care
Since I wrote the review below I have been contacted by Diana from Dante who has been super helpful it was my mistake in thinking I was purchasing the new Lateral Flow tests for Day 2 arrivals but I instead purchased a Fit to Fly lateral flow test I should know on Friday this week if the increase in score is earned I purchased from Dante a the second time on Friday Last time all went well bar delay in test results this time I have not received the codes for the Passenger Locator Forms and although I have tried many ways emails social media of contact I have so far been unsuccessful the automated response sends me a code from my first purchase Unless the codes are sent soon I will have to purchase from another or not be allowed back into the UK

Compulsory Day 2 test
I paid for my test whilst in Canada to be delivered to my home on my return I followed the instructions for my day 2 test and registered it and posted it as directed Unfortunately if the government had requested my result I did not recieve it until today 9 days after I posted it I could have been positive all that time I did a lateral flow test myself which was negative A total farce
