I ve ordered day 2 tests three times here and every time they arrive one day late Other than that I really have nothing to complain about in fact the turnaround time for the test results is much faster than with other providers I ve used

Mixed experiences poor customer service
We used them for a day 2 return to UK test in Sep It was a late order as we needed to have a negative lateral test before flying The main problem was that there was quite a delay in getting the code order ID for the PLF One came overnight and the other not until later the next morning These delays did cause some anguish but everything else delivery of tests test results went well So in Oct it seemed reasonable to use them again This time the codes came immediately after ordering The tests were delivered ok- One test result came back in a reasonable time after the receipt message But the second didn t Emails were initially answered with a standard statement that the sample was being tested and the result would come within 24 hours despite it being well over the 24 hours and then an apology from one person but no explanation Further emails were not answered Sending a web form produced the same answer After threatening to make a formal complaint a result was sent - 5 and a half days after the receipt message This was followed by 2 more identical result messages and another relating to the test 4 weeks earlier So out of 4 tests 1 was ok 2 had worrying delays in giving the order ID and 1 disappeared from the system for 5 days After checking the CMA website a press release of Sep 24 shows that there are considerable concerns about Dante Labs and CMA is starting an investigation There is obviously some risk in using them

Disappointed Not sure who was to blame but I posted my PCR fit to fly sample Sunday morning before 10am in a priority postbox I had a Tuesday night flight to South Africa Sample wasn t acknowledged at lab until Tuesday night luckily I had a flexible ticket and was able to delay the flight Result arrived the following day at about 11am Quite a stressful ordeal Will now avoid flights that necessitate testing at weekend but also I will consider a different testing company or invest in a rapid test at airport to avoid the stress of it all

Dante refunded for none receipt of tests
My wife and I used Dante in Sept and Oct for return from holiday 2 day antigen tests The process was very straightforward and packs were waiting for us at home We did everything we were supposed to do ordering registering and returning the tests etc and assumed that in not hearing back that all was fine It was only after the 2nd order that we read Dante and sister company were in the news I politely emailed them and received 3 4 refund within days I later found just one of the negative results in my junk They were fair with us but played Russian Roulette with us family and all around us

These 2 day tests are quite complex and uses Certific app that sometimes fail when you do the test after following all required procedures Problem was solved by contacting their support via email Poor app user experience

Update They have issued a refund after couple of emails and leaving this review Sent my mom s PCR day2 test a month ago sent them several emails and the answer is that they have received the sample but has not processed it yet 1 month later Does not answer for refund request and avoiding to give refund they answer with apology emails only AVOID

Very happy with the Day 2 test service from Dante The test kits arrived at home promptly we ordered them before we went away on holiday We took the tests on Day 2 after flying home and posted them in our local Royal Mail postbox The following day 3 they sent text messages to say they d received them and were processing the samples We received the results by text and email at 7am on Day 4 The only suggestion I d make to improve this is that all communications came to my inbox as I had ordered tests for both of us Given that my husband had filled in his own phone number and email address when registering his sample it would have been better to send each result to the individual who had taken the test If I used them again I would order each person s test separately
