This is the most comfortable mattress i have ever had i am so pleased with this purchase Firm but not hard It gives support in whatever position i sleep My previous mattress was so uncomfortable my quality of sleep was very poor i used to wake up hot aching fatigued From the day i received this mattress i have had excellent sleep No tossing turning no body aches it keeps my body cool I would highly recommend

Luxury and comfort

This mattress feels luxurious with a cosy comfortable feel It took a couple of weeks to get used to after our old saggy one The new mattress is perfect now Just the right amount of firmness

Excellent matress quality materials not too firm and love the way it supports your body Was kept informed all the way to the matress being delivered and was put in the room which I requested All in all was an excellent service all round Would definitely recommend

Back all gone

I have been searching for a comfortable mattress for a number of years to help with a back problem At last after many unsuccessful purchases I bought a mattress from dream cloud in May 2022 and am delighted with my purchase Not only no more back and hip pain but also sleeping better

Excellent customer service kept me informed of when mattress was to be delivered and time slot given Mattress great so pleased with it No backache or stiffness which I had with my last mattress Highly recommend

From purchase to delivery everything was excellent The products arrived when they promised I would just suggest that they have a clear one message e-mail text to explain how things worked Specifically in my case I was expecting my old mattress to be removed at the same time as the new one was delivered and that did not happen However that was sorted out via an online chat

I can not fault the customer service I would have to say the customer service I have experience has been superb from start to finish and the best I have received in years Nectar mattress was returned due to my own personal reasons and I had no trouble in returning everything was a breeze Truly satisfied fab company
