Comfortable and Supportive

I admit that I was sceptical about buying a mattress online particularly a hybrid one which was something I d never even tried before As I suffer from Osteoarthritis in my lower back and both hips and going to a retailer to try several mattresses out was all but impossible for me when I saw Dream Cloud s 365 home trial offer I decide to place an order The whole process went exactly as promised and a few days later the new mattress had arrive and the old removed The Hybrid mattress has been very comfortable indeed and I ve had several very sound nights sleep ever since

Positive experience from order to delivery

From online order to delivery was a very positive experience I was kept informed at every step of the way The DREAMCLOUD LUXURY HYBRID MATTRESS is the best mattress ive ever slept on too so all in all I would have give 10 10 if i could Thank you dreamcloud for a fantastic product and great customer service to boot

Best Mattress ever

Purchased a Super King after having had two expensive ziplock mattresses for 10 years Very easy ordering delivery was on time and when agreed helpful delivery guys took mattress to 2nd floor bedroom and we had the best nights sleep for many years We both love the mattress best mattress ever

Great products and service

I bought the mattress after extensive research The reviews were excellent the price was competitive and it promised fast delivery which was why I choose Dreamcloud The delivery was prompt and the mattress was delivered to my room of choice It was easy to unpack following the enclosed instructions and using the little tool provided to cut away the packaging ensuring no accidents I bought the mattress as I have back and hip issues and it has helped enormously I can safely say I highly recommend both the mattress and the Company

3 months later and it is perfect

It has been 3 months I am having deep sleep Personally I adjusted immediately but my other half at first complained but now is loving it Phew my independent choice worked out I travel and I knew exactly what I needed from a mattress and this delivered

I was informed throughout the delivery process Great guys polite helpful Drama free delivery 14th floor apartment Great instructions Great quality single matrass It did take about 2 weeks to get used too You need to persevere I did think I had made a mistake Three months on I m over the moon with it Great night s sleep Very comfortable

Extremely good mattress

I have been sleeping on my new mattress for four weeks now so it s time to leave a review I was moving house and decided to downsize from my super king waterbed so after 23 years was really worried about whether I would sleep as well on a divan mattress My fears were unfounded and I can report that I do sleep as well as I ever did on my super comfy waterbed so can recommend DreamCloud 100

Fantastic mattress superb sleep but get the delivery men to put it upstairs cos it s really heavy especially superking Ide advise anyone to get 1 and the 50 percent off is cracking deal amd the lifetime guarantee what more could you ask for Have the Best nights sleep ever since I ve got this product

Great rapid and effortless customer service

Very good service I messed up and ordered 2 orders - the first one got cancelled but we realized after it had left warehouse and money had been drawn Usually this becomes a nightmare requiring several interactions and wasting a lot of time on hold It took less than 2 minutes
