Friendly team at the service desk A little bonus this time with the bill not being as much as I expected The video vehicle health check is great but the sound quality is not the best otherwise 5 stars I m also waiting to hear back from the service department for a quote for some additional work I ve been waiting for a couple of weeks so far

Awful experience buying a car at MG Scarborough

Update 20 09 2023 The new dealership manager rang me today to discuss my experience with Drive MG Scarborough The review below is an abridged version of the service I received Thankfully Carl seemed genuinely interested in my issues and wanted to give reassurance that this wasn t typical of the branch and all my concerns would be addressed and reviewed with his team It s great that at least someone took the time and trouble to understand and investigate the problems I encountered At the very least now I have more confidence and trust in using the dealership in the future and my experience may benefit others when using MG Scarborough Purchased an MG HS 1 year old with 7k on the clock from Drive MG Scarborough Upon collection I discovered that the promised service had not been completed and was asked to return the car in a couple of days for it s service I also discovered that 2 front wheel arch trims that had been replaced weren t fitted correctly and I was asked to return the car once again in four weeks to address the issues At home I found the car was very poorly cleaned and prepared - an old disgusting comb was left in one of the rear door pockets After returning the car for a second time I was called back to collect the car but on inspection only one of the two wheel arch trims had been replaced - a third return visit was on the cards until fortunately a member of staff who lived nearby offered to bring my car back to me First time using Drive first MG and a truly awful experience which wont be repeated as I will avoid in future

Bought a car from the Stockton-on-Tees

Bought a car from the Stockton-on-Tees branch it was delivered with some scratches however they were helpful and repaired the damage for me The sales person was very friendly and helpful
