The company that keeps on giving

The company that keeps on giving Yet another poor performance took new car back with a few faults eventually after waiting nearly a month Picked up car had not fixed the car at all To be fair the Iron acton site is excellent and used them for years but moved house and the north bristol site is shocking Not the front of house people just generally someone needs to quality check their work before handing to a customer

Stressful day

Had a phone call in the morning saying they didn t have a courtesy car for me which I had booked several weeks before Then waited for a call back which did not happen Had to ring myself and was told they now had a vehicle for me On arriving was offered an all electric car which was automatic Had never driven anything like it Was really stressed driving it and was late for work A very stressful day

Competitively priced used cars

Purchased a used Mokka X which was very competively priced they gave a very good price for my trade in The reasons that I have given 3 out of 5 is when I collected the Mokka x it was very dirty i m doubtful any cleaning of the car had been done and the handover was rushed

Took too long to repair my vehicle

I was told my vehicle would take 3-4 working days to be repaired I took it in on the 9th March and I got it back on the 18th March I received only one call back and no explanation was given why it took so long Not happy with the service

Drive service plan is useless

We have paid for the Drive service plan for a number of years which includes services and MOTs as well as other extras like a courtesy car and valeting For the last few years I have always booked in about a month in advance and requested the courtesy car to get to work At least 3 times now either the day before or the morning of the service I ve been told the courtesy car is now unavailable This time I even confirmed in the morning only for it to be cancelled that evening Meaning I have lost out on days of salary as I cannot get to work Their guesstimations of times are also awful Told a service and MOT would take 90 minutes so stuck around to wait 3 hours later it s finally finished but car still not valeted and I refused to wait any longer What s the point of paying for a pricey care plan for your car when you don t get what you re promised Only giving 2 stars because additional cost of MOT which was outside of the care plan as I m certainly not renewing was deducted as compensation this time

Fault code warning not removed - again

As on the last 3 or 4 annual services I have reported a Code 89 fault showing on the dashboard display and requested that it be diagnosed and removed Once again from the day after the service was done I am have the Code 89 warning on the screen It suggests that the car requires a service but I have just spent over 700 having it serviced This is hopeless As Vauxhall main dealers how are you unable to diagnose and remedy a basic code warning on a Vauxhall car

Bought a car 8 weeks ago

Bought a car 8 weeks ago when collected it it hadn t been cleaned properly we were told it would be valeted as it was pretty dirty I took it back 3 times as job hadn t been done satisfactory windows inside still dirty marks still on dashboard they did however put 20 of petrol in as a goodwill gesture The car now has a problem and I ve been told I only have a 28day warranty which is outrageous on a 11 000 car Love my car not the garage won t be returning

My tyres were over inflated

My tyres were over inflated I asked the dealership customer service phone line about this twice they passed the message to the Drive team but I did not receive a call back to discuss Tyres should be max 29psi they were 37psi Ladies on the front desk are always helpful I just feel let down no pun intended by the customer service Over inflated tires are not as effective and possibly risky

Tried to pull a fast one

Booked a service on the way to the garage the tyre pressure indicator came on showed one tyre needed topping wasn t flat just needed an extra 3-4psi so naturally left it as in a service I d expect pressures to be checked and topped up if needed I get a phone call from them to say the TPM light worked out that must be the tyre pressure management light is on and they can investigate it for 60 Obviously declined and they topped up the tyres anyway and as expected the light and warning when out

I m not sure how to respond This was a Vauxhall recall From my point of view there was nothing wrong with the car The booking the reception and collection were smooth However I have no idea of the work being done nor did the dealer s reception team and so I have no idea if the work was successful or not
