The experience was a good one Michael and Jake sorted things out quickly and I was able to pick up the vehicle relatively smoothly There was a little bit of a misunderstanding with my wife s and my name but that seems to be all sorted now

Benefits of being linked to a dealership

Not too pushy sales team which tends to out us off They had they tyor of car that we wanted chose to go with them as they were bigger and linked to a dealer rather than being a small independent car sales

The only faults I would say was that I didn t get a courtesy car firstly seeing as there was a fleet sat outside and the mechanic didn t fix it in a day as promised Staff are good Kirsty McMullen was excellent overall and very friendly She went the extra mile to sort the repair for me

The quality of the service and customer care was great as ever Mark C was extremely helpful as he was with my previous vehicle 9 yrs ago I don t care what the Car reviewers write I always get reliability with Vauxhall BOOM

Top Quality Customer Service

I had to have a few things checked on the car a few days later following delivery considering I had only made two trips in the car I wasn t totally happy about it I noticed my brakes are squeaking too which is something else I need to get checked out Other than that Justin was fantastic throughout the entire process The customer service experience was brilliant and I couldn t have expected more

What work was done

It is difficult to really rate the work carried out because I do not have an invoice The reason I am told is because I have a service plan in the past I have always been given one in the past I enquired about this four days ago and was told it would be looked into and would be called back nothing yet Having been a customer since 2004 I expect better service M G Glastonbury6 days after asking call from General Manager recieved copy of invoice

Faultless Customer Experience

Staff are well presented polite and always professional undertaking a high standard of customer service Work on vehicle is completed in a timely manner and I m kept informed all the way Car is well serviced and returned with a nice clean Will continue to have car maintained here - well worth 100 mile round trip

Hyundai Scarborough

Went to the Hyundai showroom in Scarborough to have a look at what was available as I wasn t very happy with the car I had Joe Seals-Law approached me to ask if I needed any help I explained that I didn t like the car I had and the reasons why He helped me find a brilliant car that had everything I needed which was definitely within my price range He is friendly really helpful and worked hard to get me the best deal possible He s a definite credit to the company
