Just bought a new MG ZS from Drive MG at Hull The salesman Mark Beila was exceptionally good dealt with my purchase from start to finish in a very professional way Went through all the finance options in an easy to understand way and once agreed ordered the new car then confirmed as soon as it arrived Great service and good facilities at the showroom very smart looking

I went in to exchange my car I was met by one of the sales executives Jamie Boddy who was absolutely brilliant from start to finish What I valued most was his honestly and made me feel welcome and answered any questions I had truthfully Can t fault the service at all Even though I have had my last 2 vehicle purchases from Vauxhall Hartlepool I will continue to return in the future Thanks Jamie

On Sunday 26th May

On Sunday 26th May my partner who is heavily pregnant my son and I went into Bury St Edmunds We parked our vehicle behind Vauxhall Bury st Edmunds as we started to walk into the town we walked past the Vauxhall dealership as it began to rain We took shelter over the road to keep out of the rain as we were standing there a lady with dark hair who works in the Vauxhall dealership came across the road with an umbrella and asked us if we wanted to come in and have a hot drink while we waited for the rain to stop This was an incredibly noble act one we were all taken back by We wanted to express our gratitude for this action as this was outstanding customer service

Excellent service

After three years driving the excellent Corsa electric I went to Drive Vauxhall in Weston Super Mare to discuss my options I was helped by one of the salespeople Karl Kecskes who I found to be polite patient and extremely helpful Very impressed

Andy in Aldershot is the best

Went to the location in Aldershot and test drove a vehicle a few weeks ago Decided to go elsewhere but was disappointed in the experience Decided to go back to Drive Motors and luckily the same salesman Andy Goode was there today We arrived at 330pm via a taxi with our toddler and car seat in tow Due to it being a Saturday Bank holiday the post office closed at 5pm and Andy personally drove us to the post office to ensure we would be able to get everything sorted today and we drove off the lot in our new car Can not recommend Andy and Drive Motors enough

I have recently traded my car in at Vauxhall Drive Leicester and Lawrie Dhir was my sales adviser He was professional and went above and beyond to help me with my needs and what I wanted I am very happy with my purchase and I d highly recommend Lawrie to anyone If you re looking to trade or buy a new used car Lawrie is your go to person He kept me informed via email and telephone and documentation was easy too Thank you for your services Maria

A Great Place for all your Motoring Needs

Drive Vauxhall Redcar was where I purchased my Mokka from brand new and I can honestly say the service is always tip top I ve just had a problem with the clutch and as I need my vehicle for work their customer service was as ever excellent Laura Coomber was my main port of call and she was 5 sorting the booking getting me in quickly and ensuring the job was completed on time keeping me informed etc I also had dealings with Steve the service manager and Mark in the workshop all first class My car is now back on the road and sorted So thankyou once again to everyone at Drive Redcar especially Laura Don t hesitate to use this garage for any of your motoring needs it s always a 5 experience
