Used vauxhall to get a used car Very disappointed Cant use bluetooth due to missing adapter which we we not told about Will need new discs soon as they passed what is there Engine management light came on Couldnt start car They found no problem Customer service and sales need alot of work Will i buy a car from them again No way

They didn t carry out all the services They should change the cap of the screen washer basin and they didn t And they promised to send the invoice by email still waiting for 2 weeks Big lack of communication

Vauxhall Darlington

Vauxhall Darlington sales person happy to sell you a car but asking for details on the condition of the tyres of the vehicle as the tread was level or below to the wear button On two tyres the sales person advised me they were legal and when I request a copy of the health check he kept asking questions to why I need these details All I need to know is they vehicle is legal safe and not going to cost me money for it s MOT Poor response from Drive Vauxhall escalated to executive office I have a enquire number now and awaiting a response

3 Attempts

After having my van towed in by the AA twice paying for repairs twice it broke down yet again This time I am told the engine has been stressed and will require replacement They don t answer the phones you have to leave message and when you do get to talk to them the staff are nice enough but I feel like I have been royally shafted having had the main dealer have a look at it twice and it is now effectively dead What am I paying for

disappointing at best

i would not recommend using Drive at all We had a terrible experience in the Darlington Branch and then went to Redcar We thought we were handled better though not great there too they sold us a car that had no MOT offered us free service too as apology then didnt sign service book No one calls back no responses to emails no out of office swerving calls One of those businesses that are all smiles and nice before they have your money and then crap after sales Definitely would not recommend and would advise using other garages

Whilst having my car serviced

Whilst having my car serviced it was almost impossible to get through to get an update on when the car was ready so gave up trying Poor procedure when enquiring at you call centre - needs to be looked at and drastically improved My car was supposed to be washed and it wasn t Just got in the car and left

Communication failings cost me money

I was supposed to be called back after I called at 10 30 I didn t receive a call so I called again in the early afternoon The two tyres that needed replacing were then ordered just outside the window to be sourced in-house so if I wanted the work done on the same day I did they would have to order from kwik fit at an extra cost of 30 per tyre less a discount So failure to call me as promised has cost me more than 50 Also I paid for a brake fluid change when I had understood when buying the car two years ago that all necessary service costs would be included Also not happy that an armrest has broken in less than two years

Poor customer service

Routine service was booked in Took all of the day and no contact made to advise of its completion Missing locking wheel nut not supplied when the car was purchased was not provided as agreed Required numerous calls to chase with callbacks never taking place Very poor customer service and will not use them again

Shocking but well done to vauxhall customer care

On speaking to the service shop I was told I couldn t have a curtesy car and my car couldn t be looked at for 2 week I had explained that my seat belt wasn t working properly After I contacted vauxhall customer care and they explained that if I had an accident they could be liable they had a change of heart The work was carried out seat belt replaced
