Vauxhall contacted me about a health check I explained what was wrong they gave me a lift home repaired my car with new part s informed me what was going on then rang me later to tell me they would deliver my car back to me I am disabled Mitchell who rang me was very helpful and polite I have had a Vauxhall for 3 and a half years and everyone at Vauxhall have been brilliant from the start

Great Service

I have recently purchased an MG from the Darlington branch I was looked after by Patrick who was extremely helpful All of the staff are very friendly and helpful I can honestly say that this is the most comfortable I have felt in a car garage I would highly recommend and this will certainly be my go to place when I need a replacement

My wife and I have had first-class service from Drive Weston-super-Mare both in the buying of the second-hand Cascada early in January and with the After Sales Karoly Kesckes courteous knowledgeable enthusiastic and considerate helped us to decide to buy He was at hand a couple of weeks later when I discovered a potential problem and arranged for me to bring the car in The Service team then took over confirmed the fault and provided the remedy Natasha at Service Reception kept me up to date on progress throughout I know it was an expensive repair but nothing was said Simply Drive knew its responsibilities and respected the customer s rights No hassle no bargaining the business footed the bill With this ethos Drive at WsM should be a first choice for everyone
