Drive Vauxhall Bury st Edmunds I got a great vibe from this friendly helpful customer focused dealership in Suffolk Really great to walk into a car showroom and not feel pressurised to buy The admin garage and sales staff kept me informed at all times I had a couple of issues that were dealt with straight away and I can reccomend this dealership to anyone I d not hesitate in returning to buy my next car here I d like to pass a big thankyou to Jamie service manager and to Sarah and Kimberly I would like to say a special thankyou to Tracey a very personable young lady who sold us the car Well done and great team

Very happy customer

My experience with Gregg from the Hartlepool branch has been second to none Gregg was always at the other end of the phone whenever I needed him and kept me informed every step of the way There were a few hiccups from my end in regards to finalising the purchase however this was no issue to Gregg and he did everything he could to ensure things went as smooth as possible Gregg and the rest of the team are a true credit to Drive Motor Retail

Having bought the vehicle from Vauxhall Drive in Stockton I was already aware that they were a company who really looked after their customers Took the car in for its annual service and MOT and they couldn t have been more helpful Received a comprehensive video of the health check and a full report of the work required Felt extremely valued by the team from start to finish and highly impressed with their friendly yet professional manner Highly recommended

Great car good price

We reserved straight away easy to do and made the journey less stressful thinking anyone else would be looking at The team had everything in place including llthe name of their sales representative who was easy to talk to and made the experience stressless and straight forward The car we bought was in really good condition at a really good price Have had it over a week and still love it

This is how car sales should be done

Once we established that Drive Leicester had a car that met our criteria we found the salesman Adam extremely pleasant very personable and helpful The trade-in prices on our two cars were very reasonable and that removed what had been a concern of ours When we collected the car a few days later it was all primed and ready to go as we would expect
