I emailed my issue and they replied within a couple of hours with a solution As with other organizations I thought I wouldn t hear for a few days Good service to date

I paid for next day delivery admittedly this was on Christmas eve but obviously wasn t expecting it to be delivered on Christmas day Received an email stating it would be delivered on 28th before 1 00pm subsequently by 6 00pm still no sign of it I d left security gates open all day I was out but my wife was in to allow delivery as it is a required sign on delivery I paid for this service and they didn t honour their promise I now expect a full re fund for delivery charge poor service I received a phone call from Emovis on 30 12 24 and sincerely apologised for the non delivery of my item at the stated date They cannot explain why the courier hadn t delivered it at it was at the depot ready They have rectified the issue and made good their end of the agreement I am now pleased and impressed with the professional attitude of their team

We have been so pleased to have been able to use our what used to be called a SANEF Tag Once you ve driven up to your first toll station it s so marvellous to hear the little device in your car chirp into life then the barrier magically lifts up to let you through It s so much quicker than queuing up with everyone else and importantly far better for my wife who struggled to reach the ticket machine on her side of the car It was great value for money but sadly we ve had to cancel due to the end of our foreign touring holidays

Very efficient service same day despatch simple process

Needed a replacement clip holder as we have changed cars and the clip holder could not be removed Went online clicked the order new clip holder box and got an immediate response and despatch the same day Outstanding service Like all of the other reviews this is a brilliant piece of kit and allows stress free motoring on the autoroutes

There doesn t beat the experience of just continuing your trip through France when you come up against the pay stations Click and it s done the green cross points your way ahead everytime Being a widower my window was on the other side when approaching the barrier so at 78 that became an awkward situation to be in my wive would do that job in the past but now being a Lone traveller in France I have found the tag invaluable I m now going to France via flights to keep my yearly visits going as I have decided to be able to keep my independence i must stop putting myself a risk in long journeys

I have used Emovis Tags for several years now and they have saved me so much time at tolls that I lost count Super easy to set up slow down when approaching the barrier and there you go The tag usage is reported flawlessly with every detail needed to remember the journey I will miss them and will repeat when the opportunity arises
