The Gold Standard I wish every airline operated the way Singapore Airlines does Had the pleasure of flying the new Dreamliner 787-10 from Taipei to Singapore in regional Business Class The interior was modern and functional with ample space a gorgeous screen and delicious food drinks Very well trained crew looked and acted so professional just like one sees in commercials and provided that extra human touch A great start to my Singapore vacation

Hi here is what happened in my flight of March 30 from Singapore to Munich There was no vegetarian meal and I found out it was the agency s fault that didn t send the information to the airline company The flight attendant named Tan came to me and apologized so many times even though it was not Singapore Airlines s fault Tan was so helpful and nice to me he treated me like his most valued customer About the vegetarian meals he found a way to give me two of them and they were very good Last but not least I received an email and got a voucher for about 50 euros because of what happened with the meals I am very thankful and will travel with Singapore Airlines again for sure

Our flights to Singapore and Perth in October were cancelled on 11th August I requested a refund that day and was advised this could take 4-6 weeks however the money was in my account on 14th August Fully refunded no cancellation fees If this airline can be so efficient why can t the others Superb service very impressed

We booked direct with Singapore for a return flights to Australia last Dec for flights this Oct As per website recently able to cancel so cancelled on 9 8 they confirmed cancellations on 13 8 saying refund could take 4 6 weeks Received refund 17 8 When I can go to Australia they can be assured of my business again Well done Singapore

Excellent Customer Service

My return flight from Australia to Italy due to Covid-19 was cancelled and in the meanwhile I suffered a knee injury and had to find another flight back to Italy Singapore Airlines was very quick to listen to my problems and I received full reimbursement within 2 weeks Cannot thank them enough for the prompt assistance and will surely fly with them again when this crazy period is over
