Jeans

I ordered two pairs of jeans at 6 on an evening and they arrived before 1pm the next day which was a Sunday Im so happy with the fit and material of the jeans and the prices are great

Broken zipper

I ordered a pair of black cargos wore them for a hour and the zip got stuck at the bottom I got into contact with femme Luxe and spoke to a lady called Anna she was amazing at helping me and sending me a new pair out Thank you Anna

I was experiencing some technical problems when ordering and was confused if my order actually went through so I emailed them to require about it and they got back to me straight away which is very helpful Lovely staff and gorgeous clothes I ll definitely be ordering again

Absolutely disgraceful company have been waiting for my refund since March they are unhelpful and I consider them as thieves I should have read all the 1 star reviews on trust Pilot before purchasing from this atrocious so called company i am surprised they haven t been shut down as what they are doing is completely illegal Anyone that reads this DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY They utter thieves
