Let s hear it for the boys The 2 freedom mobile employees on Fraser st in Vancouver Almost all freedom mobile stores are closed But these guys are staying open and coming to help many people who depend on the essential services that they are providing And with asmile I am very appreciative as are many others Thanks so much guys Thanks freedom mobile for being there for your customers These guys deserve a bonus for their dedication Karen in Vancouver

I am very happy with Freedom mobile

I have been with Freedom mobile since 2018 yesterday I changed my plan and had to speak with customer service I must say I had a nice experience much better then Rogers who base there customer service in India I also upgraded my plan and had an issue called this morning and spoke to a wonderful lady who cleared up the issue I have never been overcharged in all the time I have been with them and have always been able to speak to someone when necessary I dont use the phone as much as others but when I need to it seems to work fine Sorry to hear about all the problems that I have never experienced

Great customer service

I am very happy with Freedom mobile I have been a loyal customer since 2013 and now I think I will remain one forever Recently staff member Anmol at Torbram branch was very helpful in getting me a phone which was out of stock in all branches At 611 also I was lucky to be assisted very well by Sareen I am very thankful to Anmol and Sareen

I was shopping for a new phone and plan

I was at Freedom Mobile Westbrook location today went in 5 minute before closure and we all know how annoying that can be and both Dilpreet and Jasman were there to help me They found me an AMAZING plan that fit both what i was looking for and my budget this is why i am staying with Freedom Thank you Dilpreet and Jasman for your patience and hard work

Going above and beyong

I was shopping for a new phone and plan as it had just ended with Freedom of course As I was greeted by Michael at the Kingsgate Mall store I was treated like a king Michael is very professional attentive to your needs and knowledgeable about the products and plans that they have to offer He helped me choose what I was looking for and he went above and beyond the call of duty Bravo As it is so rare in this competitive business to find honest and caring staff

I want to say a Big Shout out to Shaw and Shamik at the Upper James in the Fortino plaza location in Hamilton they did a awesome customer service They both help me out with phone accessories at a price I couldn t refuse and even as far as putting the screen protector on my phone and the case Thank you guys I will be back

Transfer kids numbers between parents

Freedom goal is to have the most customer-oriented company at least in Canada from my point of view The employees wake up every day to be afraid not from their competitors but from clients When a person approaches them one feels cared for individually I chose them for the offer for the prices and the service I got the best plan on the market this end-of-year on Ottawa St Laurent mall

I had a problem to transfer my 2 kids numbers to their dad Also it s too hard to be both of parents in the same time at the store employe name PRAGASh the retail specialist at the square one mall helped me and Finish the transaction within 10 min I m with freedom 4 years ago and I love their service Appreciate your help
