Great Service Telephone
I live in the US and visit my 80 year old parents once a year sorry my German vocabulary is a bit too rusty to do this rating Anyway they were paying way too much much for Telecom phone service and telecom customer service was pretty bad too I researched the options a bit and signed them up for Vodafone E9 95 mo flat rate phone service which they ve now used for about 3 years and it s been great They were also able to keep their old phone was was important But most of all we ve been impressed with their customer service - my parents are old and not very tech-savy which means they get easily confused and then call customer service And even though this has indeed happened a number of times the people answering the phone - always promptly - have consistently and unfailingly been helpful upbeat and patient which is not always easy with my parents - I don t know how Vodafone manages especially for only E10 mo but I cannot say enough good things about our experience with them

Vodafone is the worst
Vodafone is the worstI had a fiber line And from day one there were connectivity and speed issues The worst part is you cannot contact the customer support as you are forever on hold or being transferred endlessly to the correct department how many departments do you need The customer support is also clueless The final straw for me was being without internet for one month I spent hours on the phone trying to get the issue resolved I could not get through to customer support and was always on hold When I did get through I was told the issue was resolved wait 24 hours I will put you through to the right department can you hold please waits on the line for 45min blah blah blah No one was able to help Eventually I cancelled and then suddenly technicians were calling to come to help and customer service was suddenly there and suddenly knew how to resolve the issue Alas this was too late For half the price 10 x the connectivity 100 x less issues and for much less of your own time effort and stress You can get an adsl line that performs better from 1 1 Best part If something is wrong its promptly resolved and customer support will actually answer the phone Please people save yourself the hassle and DO NOT GET VODAFONE you will regret the decision Also I was just billed another 150 euro today even though I have terminated the contract 3 months ago

The worst service provider
The worst service provider They only want to sell their contracts and assure you that everything will be alright As soon as they get their hands on your bank account they will not care about you They assured me that I will have a better internet and that I need to get another contract for my teeny tiny apartment but never cancelled my old contract and were presumably planning to charge for both contracts I am a student and now they will deduct my last money for food for this month for the second contract How I hate these contracting companies Evils

New Customers Beware Misleading Information and No Way Out
I m new to Germany so I wasn t aware of certain sales tactics In the Vodafone office they assured me that fiber optic internet was available at my address and recommended I sign the contract in person After signing I discovered that fiber optic service wouldn t actually be available in my building for another 8 months When I tried to cancel my contract due to this misleading information they refused stating that because I signed in person I couldn t cancel They offered no alternative solution leaving me to pay high daily fees for internet Be cautious with Vodafone s sales team in Germany they ll say anything to convince you to sign up

Since 2 weeks without Internet connection
Since 2 weeks Vodafone left me and my neighbours a total of 3 entire buildings without Internet connection because of some St rung on the line So far after several calls to the Vodafone customer service we have got no information or transparency on the progress to solve the issue neither a potential resolution date We find ourselves without any option to escalate the problem with Vodafone This is not how a company delivering services should treat paying customers

Super shady company They ll do everything they can to scam you for more of your money They straight up refused to acknowledge multiple attempts to cancel and close my pay-as-you-go mobile CallYa account Then they confirmed in writing that my account was in the positive and finally refunded me my positive account balance only to then send me to collections claiming I owed them money Terrible company Avoid at all costs

Worst speed and unreliable network even at 5G with expensive 5G mobile traffic 1 Despite the high cost of 5G data the network is slow and unreliable even on 5G 2 They re also charging for calls within the EU leading to additional bills of around 150 on top of data expenses 3 This telecom provider should definitely be investigated
