Smooth experience Though at times it is confusing about the additional charge in Payment 2 because it is sometimes sudden and we can t know yet if the product from specific link we want to purchase are in good condition complete etc

not bad but I have experience domestic shipping was 3 time highest then item price with is item only 1300 Yen but domestic shipping was 3860 Yen I don t know what happen but for me seller shop cheating

Great service for denim jeans although I do have an issue with the find it for me stuff and that is it s never quite correct I m looking for Iron heart denim jeans so the size colour and style can be found but not the weight i e always 21oz but not 25oz or 14oz and this is quite significant

First I was told the warehouse doesn t remove boxes unless its after ordering but before arrival Which is false as i have always asked to remove boxes after arrival I was then told as a one time exception the boxes would be removed It took 3-4 days to hear back I was told all the orders were stored without boxes already And that my shipment cannot be downsized any further I know some of my items are big but I find it hard to believe they couldn t fit in at least 2 packages that fit surface mail Theyre mostly plushies and clothing with some small figures and keychains Can someone else look into this I would like to reduce my shipping fee as much as possible thank you This is the only proxy where getting anything downsized for shipping has been difficult Edit They have been suddenly much more helpful with my order so im updating the review Thank you

Under normal circumstances I would give a 5 star rating to these guys as they do an excellent job of allowing purchases in Japan through multiple mediums warehousing and shipping the product back to the US But this last purchase they changed their packing procedure to utilize a shrink wrap sleeve around a cardboard carrier and the pile of items purchased The shrink wrapping process applied enough heat that it melted the bubble wrapping around the items next to the sleeve so that it stuck to the sleeve and blacked out the labels Luckily no heat damage happened to the items where this happened but given the amount of bubble wrap damage it was a near thing If one of those items happened to be one of my in box items it would have left scorch marks behind In addition because the whole box was not padded it it crushed slightly because of the volume of empty space left inside Once they address these I would gladly go back to a 5 star review

Bottom line the site works and I got some beuitful and reasonably priced vintage JPG bags and Daily Russet bags a cheap Japanese brand with very nice bags Remember you will need to pay a handling fee and shipping Worth it and reasonable for specialty and collectors items but obviously it s not an Amazon replacement You still need to take a risk and decided for yourself if you trust the sellers Auction or one off items for specialty vintage seems pretty safe Thankful for the person who came on here to clearly FromJapan is NOT a scam I bought 3 different bags by auction The 2 items I received were as described and well wrapped The third one is on its way Shipping time is a little wierd- first ems shipment took weeks to arrive Second shipment only a few days The costumer service was helpful and saved one of my items after I accidentally left in beyoned the 30 day limit for storage

Great service with packaging communication and so forth Even though my item was very heavy and fragile it arrived safely The only problems I found was the very expensive but very reliable transport options Otherwise you are great and I love shopping here

Compared to other proxies from Japan is pretty similar however they do allow purchasing from other websites that most don t which is why I ordered from them However it takes forever for the purchased items to be processed once they reach the warehouse Thus making it a stressful experience as items are disposed of after 45 days it took 16 days for domestic shipping I wish they could implement a system to extend time in the warehouse even if it is paid as it would make from Japan the best proxy

Thanks to From Japan I was able to buy objects that I could only dream of before Many Anime series products released only for the Japanese market have finally arrived at my house in complete safety The only drawback are the customs duties which however do not depend on From Japan Perhaps if we managed to lower the costs of shipping with couriers and with EMS all of us customers would be even happier and could buy more Thank you

Sadly my pack went lost but the costumers service was so kind to help me to get some refund even if I was out of the time for the request They were areally so kind
