Great packaging protection for a surface shipment

I have been using FromJapan for about 8 months now In February I had a number of heavy laserdisc collections among other small anime goods sent surface to the US and they arrived today The box was punctured during transit not FromJapan s fault but because of how FromJapan packaged and wrapped everything all items survived the trip Thank you so much for taking the time to package items nicely If you re interested the package took 3 months to arrive

Great service for fanclub purchases

I ve used FromJapan for marketplace purchases in the past and this is my first time using it for a fanclub I m really happy that they offer this service since fanclubs don t ship outside of Japan I really appreciate that they don t have any hidden or extra fees after consolidation Their shipping prices are also the most reasonable I ve seen among the proxies I ve used They were able to pack my objects in a flat box and I couldn t believe how cheap it was for surface parcel Even in the past I found their shipping fees to be reflective of the actual cost and not inflated

I ve used several other proxy sites and FROM JAPAN is easily the very best Incredible above and beyond service with their packing and super fast shipping Very easy website to navigate A quick click USD or YEN conversion option so you can see the prices in USD on the fly You can bid up to a certain amount each month without having to deposit and no deposit charge from what i can see unlike other proxy services I will continue to use their services for as long as i can

A Buyer Protection Plan

I had filed a return for some fraudulent Pokemon cards worth 6k USD I received that did not match the description pictures of the Yahoo Japan listing Through From Japan s Buyer Protection Plan each available member from their team responded to my issues promptly and with the willingness to resolve the case in my favor Although it is their job to help you win this case you must provide enough picture evidence and contradictions to back up your case I was able to provide 5 pieces of evidence Keep in mind there is an 8 8 cancellation fee for any return but it s better to get your money back then none at all Thank you From Japan I am forever grateful
