Unpleasantly surprised

Don t be unpleasantly surprised if you checked the goods as a GIFT before final shipping payed customs duty on the full value of the goods This is because FJ don t transparently and clearly explain that declaring goods as GIFT in their case means the full price of paid goods Everyone would expect when see and check the GIFT option to receive undervalued goods and avoid custom duties

Apart from horrible previous experiences I now find myself having to pay stupid amounts for them to ship very small items inside huge boxes Apart from that received damaged items worth over 600 pounds sterling and they refuse to pay compensation The only thing I can say is to avoid them like the plague I much doubt the company is Japanese these guys are extremely dodgy and will try and cheat you in any possible way I received two smashed turntables purchased on their website and they refuse to do anything about it AVOID AVOID AVOID

Don t even bother trying

Don t even bother if you re international and don t have a proxy I ordered some stuff in OCTOBER OF 2021 and it never shipped I tried getting in contact with them multiple times with no response Finally this morning of JANUARY 2023 I get an email saying they lost the items and asked if I wanted a refund but that it could take a while Of course I want a refund I wanted a refund a year ago but yall didn t answer my email Just super shady and bad communication Don t bother

Terrible customer service they are

Terrible customer service they are still holding on to an item I have paid for because I disputed an item that was faulty in a previous purchase There are much better companies in Japan offering a much better service Very dissapointing and extremely frustrating experience I would not recommend UPDATE Further to their reply below I did reach out to customer service many times to try to resolve this however it went nowhere

A disappointing experience

An unpleasant experience overall Super long shipping period it takes about 2 weeks for the seller to accept your order and then got inspected and stored at the warehouse You think site like this would be cheaper but the duty fee taxes and the shipping fee are expensive as hell The policy do allow return under any circumstance because the site only acts as intermediate so they will not be held accountable whatsoever I received a fake item and the seller deleted their profile so I cannot reach out anyhow Won t ever use this proxy service again

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service who provide only excuses rather than solutions They repack small items in our case a watch in boxes large enough to contain a pair of men s shoes When challenged they offer ridiculous explanations that do not relate to the issue When shown that they have previously used smaller boxes including multiple photos we provided they still seem clueless and unable to make adjustments

Expensive random import fees

I ve been using this company for a year now and the last few orders I ve had the items shipped via FedEx priority all have been delivered quickly and fine However why is it that a week or 2 after I receive a parcel I am being forced to pay import fees of over 100 I have all parcels marked as gifts so to my knowledge any gift under value of 50 should not be taxed The charges I ve had to pay have massively reduced my profit margins Yet when I email about this I get no reply from FJ or FedEx It s put me off using them again for the future due to this

Such a rip-off

Such a rip-off They are asking 62 for a charge 2 payment just for three small little items they wouldn t cost any more than 20 When you buy something they are clearly choosing the cheapest domestic shipping but charging you the customer the highest possible price they can The site has become riddled with hidden fees that make up the charge 2 payments compared to 12 months ago They clearly got rid of the basic plan because no one was using their overpriced plan so now they are forcing everyone to use it Honestly you are better off finding a personal shopper on Twitter who can get you the things you are looking for half the cost

Shipping is so expensive compared to other proxy ridiculous shipping price of 170 for 4 pieces of clothes that even double the price of the items I bought and it s not even the express or highest ship While in the meantime I also order from Neokyo and ZenMarket each site 7 items and they only charge me for 80 and 30 included tax and additional cost for everything When the box arrived I don t know why they pack 4 piece of fabric to a huge box 60cmx40cm which is half of my height Customer service is not really helpful either Will not shop in here again

Disastrous now Money is made here by all means very very bad service Wrong descriptions of the seller deliberately because far away No evaluations of the sellers individually possible Funds are collected then canceled and repaid only after a lawyer has been threatened Complaints come to nothing and constantly changing contacts Dubious bidding mechanism seller bid a buyer or interested parties themselves Excuses from From Japan in every complaint Complaints are processed with standard letters or not at all Bought paid and canceled anyway No technical knowledge of From Japan only interposed to collect and and and very very dubious company
