Very fast set

Very fast set up but I find there s lag Staff contacted me right away and changed some things and the lags gone Exerlent help team as I m a noob at this and messed it up 3 times and they have explained everything to me and now I can do everything Recommended to everyone

The service is really good

The service is really good The admin interface is functional and compared to other server providers I am using it offers some extra functionalities that make the work smoother and easier Plus it has a nice interface a good eyecandy that add a touch of style The helpdesk is efficent and friendly as per my experience The only con is about the price being located in UK all the fees are in british pounds and that s a litlle bit of a drawback if you live in the eurozone because of the exchange Apart that I would recomend it 100

my first host company

pretty decent host i plan to keep using them had alittle issues here and there but they are pretty nice support team sometimes it takes alittle to get a reply but it was my fault for sending to many emails i guess other then that good price i run alot of stuff on server seems to hold up pretty good for unturned

Today it was a raving 5 star review

Today was a raving 5 stars for the help that Jamie gave me in adding migrating and fixing my servers The communication was fast and the help was quickly performed Prior to today I felt like the support was kind of dismissive and unaccountable But that s in the past I m not an IT expert so i need to rely on people more skilled than me I m happy to continue using your services I think today was customer service at it s best Me and my players are very thankful for such a good team Looking forward to working with you in the future

Good Server Outstanding Support

I purchased a dedicated Space Engineers server from GTXGaming just under two weeks ago There were some initial teething problems particularly with network latency I raised a support ticket for this and the matter was resolved within minutes Server has been excellent since AdminCP for servers isn t entirely intuitive and server owners will want to have a degree of technical knowledge if you want to do anything beyond the basics this isn t unreasonable All-in-all a good server hosting solution with outstanding customer support

Great Ark server host

Gtxgaming co uk is an excellent Ark Survival Evolved server host The server is running great and the customer support is amazing The only slight issue I have is the server control panel It can be hard to navigate and a bit messy But all in all I recommend this server host

responsive support meh game server

Very responsive support including on beauty issues like technical text display issues in the FAQ pages Game control panel is pretty daunting with lots of tools of which the exact function is unclear but the important things are there Game configuration panel isn t any good as with all these rental services which is understandable as the game changes very quickly and there doesn t seem to be any complete and reliable source of truth about SE s game configuration files

Gtx Gaming Review My experience and thoughts

Gtx gaming is a very good game servers hosting website GtxGaming hosts game server dedicated servers web hosting and voice servers the support they have is great they respond within 20min the one thing i dont like is that the loading it a little long but it doesn t make too much of a difference Gtx is my current host and it looks like its going to stay like that

Easy Peasy

Really easy to use interface and very quick support only minor issue was there was some data centre issue today for the London servers which weren t great but they did a really good job fixing it asap and other than that my experience has been great The minimal mode needs a lot of work a simple clean grey dark mode theme with no images would be nice 4 stars out of 5 room to improve on the interface and the inability to move files without downloading them then reuploading them

The best game server provider I have been able to find Response time to tickets is very fast even if they are busy they acknowledge your enquiry and say when they will deal with it When they do deal with your request they ask questions to discover exactly what the problem is Communication is impeccable and fast Everything is resolved in a short time period
