I had been looking for a dedicated server to set up and play Space Engineers with friends I came across this service and it looked exactly like what I needed I was new to setting up servers so I was a little bit reluctant at first but the information provided on the control panel helped get the ball rolling and soon enough we were playing A few months later my friends had lost interest in game as you do sometimes and I was left with an empty server I was unsure what to do with it but after a few weeks I had decided to switch the server to an Arma 3 server To do this you have to contact the support team via a ticket Now this again made me a little nervous as I had heard negative things when it came to the communication aspect of the company however either this is outdated information or I got incredible lucky as every interaction I had with the support team was excellent When I had put in the request for the game switch I had received a reply within 5 minutes and after some back and forth confirming the details I had an Arma 3 server within 20 minutes which surprised me as I had not paid any additional fees for priority ticket status As time has gone on I found myself using the server less and less as other things began to take priority and my focus changed from being on my computer 24 7 to spending more time outdoors as everything has been opening up more Because of this I have cancelled my server rental but I can say that for me the experience was positive especially when it came to the support team If I were to have any criticism it would be that it may not be the best value for money as there are some cheaper options out there however this did not factor into my decision as regardless of the price I would have cancelled it anyway as I was not using the server All in all I was happy with the service I had received

Rough start with a server start problem but got in contact with support under 10mins and thru fixed it Running good atm

Something bugged out with my server and I needed to roll it back My plan gave me limited back ups which are apparently manual Too late to learn but apparently GTX keeps save files in the panel for each day of play I was able to download this file in the nick of time a friend gave me the suggestion Customer Support didn t seem to know about this function but once I told them about it with screenshots they were very helpful in providing instructions for how to upload the healthy save files to overwrite the corrupted one and doing whatever needed doing in the back and now everything is restored just fine

Been stuck on a bug for over a week seeming impossible to fix Changed service got in touch with customer support and this operator James Knott cracked the impossible nut I m beyond grateful for his service and leaving me filled with joy He s been professional polite effective and informative By far the best ever customer service I ve recieved Many thanks

Extremely good hosting provider for any game on their list Their support is fast and incredible even if you don t pay for a quicker queue I used GTX gaming to purchase my own SCP Secret Laboratory server and it is extremely good and better than most other providers I ve seen I strongly recommend GTX gaming for all your game hosting needs

I ve been renting a dedicated Valheim server with no issues with GTXgaming for a month now Due to a mix-up with a manual bank transfer my payment hadn t been registered by GTXgaming I received an email that notified me my server would be terminated and afraid to lose my server s safe data I sent in a high priority support ticket I got a response not 10 minutes later and the issue was resolved the same evening

Gtxgaming offers a brilliant service I rented my 1st game server from them With their help getting my server up and running it s been successful with regular players I currently have 2 active servers with Gtx If I ve had any problems the guys in support and discord support have been very helpful They also respond amazingly quickly Good hardware good support what more could you ask for

This is one of if not the best customer service I ve ever received Jamie helped me for about 4 hours there and answered every question I had Very helpful and considerate I knew very little about what I was doing and he sorted it all out for me He stuck around for so long to make sure it was all working and answered very quickly 1 minute response time from the ticket being submitted Delighted to have picked this company

Tried two other provides to host Icarus for a few friends and had nothing but lag and lack of customer service Hopped over to GTX since I knew I d had a good experience with Project Zomboid hosting so I figured why not they weren t my first as the other two providers were highly recommended off a Google search GTX is responsive both in their ticketing system and their live chat Nothing but good things from GTX

I don t think these guys even sleep I sent a ticket request went to the kitchen to check the oven and James had already replied by the time I got back on the computer Can t really fault customer service he sorted it out quickly and professionally Server wise it s also perfect the control panel is smooth and easy to understand and manage 100 recomment this to anyone looking to rent a server
