My calls have been handle mostly by lady called Ms Sabrina after Mr Jatinder Before ringing Home Energy I am very hot and angry but this handles everything very friendly courteously assuring she there to solve problems but company has IT problems where her work is awarded and we still suffering from the bloody start which is not good reflection for future services Please kindly solve our problem ASAP and do expect some compensation for these all harassment till resolve

Having just closed my account I could no longer access my account to view my final statement I used the online chat and got through to Rhea She quickly sent me a link to allow me to set up new log in details to allow me to see my final bill Rhea was great to deal with Super friendly solved my problem swiftly and answered my questions
