All great speed and easy of switch over A lot of relevant automated communication I would have given 5 star if it were disclosed that an upfront payment is taken on subscription in documentation rather than being told after sign up

online chat is very efficient and quick to solve problem however there seem to be design issue with the new website for submitting the meter reading Hope Home Energy will get this resolved soon

Good communications from Keiran

Good communications from Keiran - very helpful and explained things clearly Unfortunately I m unable to get my gas meter outside connected to my smart meter inside which seems strange in this day and age but it was the same with my previous supplier and not exactly Keiran s fault

It shouldn t have happened but it was sorted out quickly and efficiently

There was an issue with closing my account when I switched to a different supplier My final bill and refund did not appear when expected and the automated system that takes the monthly payment from your Direct Debit didn t know I was no longer a customer I raised this with customer services and someone called Kim maybe a generic name had resolved it within 24 hours So it shouldn t really have happened in the first place but at least it was quickly resolved

Called to enquire about switching

I called to enquire about switching as the MSE website said it was the cheapest The gentleman was completely transparent stating that prices were going up in a few days to the same level as the price cap Essentially there was no point in me switching How many other companies would have been as honest So not a customer yet but just my experience of interaction with Home Energy

Friendly and Professional Service

Ben Roger and James from Home Energy Save came and input some damp channels They took the upmost care to ensure that was very little damage done And when they completed the clean up job was so good that you couldn t tell that any work had taken place Overall a friendly group who took the time to explain clearly what the process was going to entail They even took some time to provide some suggestions on what could be done to further to prevent future damage caused by rain
