Painful and expensive

First deeds form lost in postSecond one needed duplicate witness signatures but this was not specified on the form so they re-sent us a third form which was an old one that was no longer accepted due to being out of date 18 later in recorded delivery plus missing the remortgage deadline date all due to woeful communication

Been ongoing since early November all documents sent proof of posatge supplied also sent same documents via email as backup keep asking for same documents They have all documents required 4 different case handlers cannot get through on phone Worst company ever 2 official complaints still awaiting response weeks later if thos carries on our mortage offer will expire and sale will fall through pay a solicitor and save yourself the hassle stay away from these cowboys AVOID AVOID AVOID positive reviews are fake supplied by company employees

Awful terrible painful disgusting service

I can t even begin to explain what an awful company this is I have juist spent an hour writing a complaint Hiding behind technology no empathy no one taking responsibility for errors the stress they have caused us has been off the chart My only advice is if you have a choice over who to use for remortgaging DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless refused to give any updates on work that should have been completed quickly impossible to get a hold and and can t even send paperwork to your address I ve had to email multiple times to ask for progress and I m still not getting responses even my other solicitor can t get a response from them I ve been waiting over a week for urgent paperwork and we re way past the contracted deadline putting their customer at risk of legal trouble Don t even bother using this company for anything

NOT COMPETENT

It feels like none of the staff at this company actually know what they are doing I have had to make several calls to them to which I got told different incorrect information then they have made calls to me without checking the notes on my file Not good when they are handling legal matters Zero faith left that my remortgage is being handled correctly

Not overly impressed to be honest

Not overly impressed to be honest Little in the way of telephone communication Received a number of emails just stating that certain items of paperwork are still pending even though sent in adequate timescales Portal not that great either Mortgage still not completed and I am now starting to lose faith that it will even be sorted by the end of this month

Incomprehensibly difficult to work

Incomprehensibly difficult to work with Confusing conflicting messaging from a number of different people and a huge number of automated emails chasing me for things that had already been completed weeks before 2 months in to my remortgage process and we re no further forward than on week 1 It s impossible to speak to anyone on the phone just hugely delayed email back and forth I m very relaxed with these things and always like to give people the benefit of the doubt but the experience with Integrar was truly dreadful I ve now been forced to withdraw the application and go elsewhere for my mortgage

If I could leave a negative star review I would Having gone through a mortgage advisor who secured our mortgage renewal with NatWest we were then emailed by Integrar to complete a questionnaire along with uploaded multiple other documents to prove our ID etc Our situation was complicated by the fact that our mortgage advisor sent some of these documents on our behalf but Integrar claimed they didn t have these documents on multiple occasions We left plenty of time for the process to be completed and despite regularly checking the portal for updated requests and next steps we couldn t see anything When I emailed my appointed contact Aissa Mohomade I rarely received a response and often the communication from Integrar would be a mixture of automated emails requesting things that had been confirmed as already sent and making new requests An example of this would be an email I received two weeks before our mortgage was due to renew saying I had to send three different proofs of ID by post that could take 6-8 weeks to process I immediately called Integrar and they confirmed they actually had all forms of ID on file already from a month ago The people on the phones at Integrar are helpful but clearly don t have access to the same information as I regularly received different advice and guidance from calling at 09 30am and then again within the same hour My biggest advice to Integrar would be to streamline their communication and make it clear either via email or the portal what steps need to be taken which have been completed and what is expected of the customer as this entire process has been unbelievably stressful

This company are verging on criminally

This company are verging on criminally incompetent They have lost countless documents delayed blocked and overall made the remortgage process one of the most stressful experiences of my life and that includes divorce and moving house I m likely to drop onto a variable rate as a result of their inefficiency and incompetency - the process was commenced with plenty of time and if I becomeFinancially penalised because of their inactions then I will be pursuing legally for recompense Avoid this company at all costs

Nightmare company

I am re-mortgaging with Barclays and having to liaise with this company They are totally incompetent This is 0ne of the most stressful experiences I have ever had They keep asking me for documents I have sent and for information I have relayed to them more than 4 times You have to wait for ages if you call them and they don t pass messages to your case worker It is so stressful I am considering dropping out of the process
