Slow

Slow Been waiting almost a month for them to get a redemption figure for remortgage same lender why they are not chasing is beyond me should be the most simple remortgage Is our money in a holding account earning interest I don t know how it works This remortgage started in August

Either incompetent or deliberately slow

In the middle of a transfer of equity and remortgage right now and keep being sent automated chasers for documents that have already been sent to them I email almost daily to confirm they ve actually received said documents and they don t respond They seem to be doing all they can to drag the process out which is very costly to me Taken 6 weeks so far of chasing them on documents can t see this process ending anytime soon Was forced to use this company through my mortgage provider wish we could have used anyone else

As other people have said they lost my documents

As other people have said my private data was lost I was not given full details of what information I needed to provide so instead of efficiently gathering everything that was needed in one go it was one more thing one more thing I was misinformed about who could witness my ID and sign for it so I paid for a solicitor Integrar then lost the documents They received the parcel but apparently lost half of the contents What should have been a simple remortgage became incredibly stressful

Terrible experience My personal data was sent repeatedly to another person Despite numerous attempts to fix that it was never done This gave a complete stranger who contacted me and tried to help my private financial data This firm s poor data handling is a disaster Final proof - the person who incorrectly received my private financial data also received the email asking for a review What a laughable disaster Avoid these Muppets

If you want stuff done chase them everyday

Seems to take a long time to get simple tasks completed Sent multiple certified ID for clients and then found out it was taking ages due to taking 2 weeks to do an electronic ID check Really i can do this instantly on my system Then waiting to be chased before requesting a redemption statement Seems standard in the insustry at the moment no solicitors are proactive seem to lack motivation to complete tasks

Not great but manageable

Not the greatest company trying to get in touch with anyone was hard work all seems automatic and robotic like our case was dealt by Luqmaan we didn t know this until we were asked to leave a review We was asked for the same paper work over and over again even though it had been sent a number of times even our mortgage advisor was getting annoyed with them Took them 4 months to just do a remortgage which was far to long in our experience we would not use againThere s far better companies out there

A really disappointing experience

A really disappointing experience Took forever to complete and there were mistakes along the way Correspondence wasn t clear and it seemed over complicated Salt in the wound is that we had to pay for a correction to our names as Integrar mortgage advisor had made the mistake in the original application Once we provided proof of real name and spelling the completion letter was awarded but they were still spelling our names wrong What was the point in the change process and the cost involved

They need trained staff

The tracking system gives a veneer of professionalism HOWEVER you need trained staff to support the process They took over two weeks to obtain a Redemption Statement which was sitting in my previous mortgage providers Portal The handler did nt know how to access it and did not ask He just requested another one and again did not ask I had to get involved I ended up 7 days late in completing meaning a week of paying Variable rate interest Lost money

Delayed by 10 days due to glitch

Not able to talk to a real person Lots of delays that shouldn t have happened Kept getting emails saying a document was missing even though they had previously been sent it and a paper copy too Remortgage delayed by approx 10 days due to system glitch and chaser emails being sent even though document recieved Very frustrating I would not recommend

Very impersonal

Very impersonal All contact via email and would send reminder emails every two weeks for document that had already been provided or couldn t be sent due to time scales All very robotic
