very average

very average in that there were some good things and some bad things about using Integrar Worth noting is that there was no choice Integrar as an organisation are imposed upon you maybe if there were choices the perception would feel different So they got the job done well so far but their website didnt work properly and registering for an account proved impossible and I d consider myself someone pretty savvy when it comes to things like this In addition the aggressive tone of communications i e around response times not to communicate with them unless it was urgent everything was very cold but if they do the job then that s all I needed from the role they played

Slow communication but in the end all went well

Harry was our point of contact and since he stepped in it was ok and things atleast moved Before that it was so slow no one was assigned I guess and kept on sending same email inspite of sending the documents The process took 5 months and I was afraid that we will miss the deadline Commuication at start was so poor and always only via emails But in the end the work is done I was worried a bit but could be bit proactive and faster

Comms lets them down

Not an easy process if you have anything except bog standard mortgage Any deviation seems to throw them Poor comms because of that Thankfully fixed on the telephone by lovely young lady Ferhana Very helpful thank you

Frustrating

The numerous emails asking for the same paperwork to be completed and queries that had been completed and answered was extremely frustrating There is a shared inbox so you don t get a specified case handlers contact details which again is frustrating No phone number to discuss anything direct Pro- was eventually all completed to timescales but could have quite easily been much smoother

Vijay Dholakia saved the day for you Integrar You owe him some recognition as he stepped in and made sure the completion happened in a timely way Everything was going well until it turned out that Integrar assumed a completion date of 1 Nov 2023 Who even has an offer that would last that long Radio silent for a whole week and so hard to reach anyone on the phone until Vijay stepped in and even called me on completion day to check in He s great However the itself company can do better

Emails document presentation could be simpler clearer

Confusion in e-mail over who Integral Knights Track my Case all are - especially when one has very busy e-mail boxes I expect one clear party to deal with access I have to sign your appointment but you are chosen in the 1st instance for the Mortgage company Once documentation submitted - a very prompt move to Completion

Remortgaged via Intergrar

Recently remortgaged via Intergrar had some concerns that were not resolved via email correspondence repeated statements that were not helpful felt like we were going round in circles however called today and spoke to Ferhana P- she was extremely helpful and diligent in dealing with my concerns and resolved our issues Thank you Ferhana 5 stars Feedback- editable PDF or word forms would be helpful found the forms clunky to use

Juanad was very efficient in replying to any queries

Juanad was very efficient in replying to any emails literally within hours and overall happy with the service However forms sent for signing via pdf s poor layout with forms printing very disjointed one form we sent wasn t acceptable they sent a new pdf within hours and that printed in correct layout why wasn t it sent correctly initially We were also requested to pay a payment of 10 500 as an early exit fee which did not apply to this remortgage Bit distressing that one

I feel that the service is expensive

I feel that the service is expensive because my own solicitor did most of the work for transfer of equity But I still had to pay a lot of money for a box ticking exercise I didn t give the portal a try as it seems over complicated Email exchanges were ok most response were within 48 hours from people But things did drag a bit as certain documents were requested in chunks rather than in one go it took 4 months to complete As for the team Ash and Brooklyn were great the human touch that made problem solving much easier Auto emails although annoying did keep things on track

We found our case worker Karl very

We found our case worker Karl very helpful however the company continued too send us correspondence with wrong names even after being told several times which slowed the process down and made what was meant to be quick and easy extremely stressful and hard work
