Impersonal service with no replies for phone calls or emails from me or my solicitor

I was contacted by Integrar who advised that they were working on behalf of the new lender I was taking out a re-mortgage with They then continued to send regular emails advising on what was outstanding from me but whenever I replied to any of the emails to confirm things or update them on the progress from my side I never received any personal response I only ever received automated emails At one point I had a question to ask them about one of the documents that they wanted me to sign and they never responded so I had to seek advice from elsewhere Also my solicitor tried to contact them many times to discuss something and he also could never get hold of them and had to close out what I had asked him to do on the assumption that what he had done was ok with Integrar In summary they went through the motions but the service was not for me in my behalf and only on behalf of my lender and there is no personal touch or service from them I m felt very much alone in my dealings with them

The process was fairly simple the online tracker made it easy to see what was going on but there were a few instances where the same things were asked for even when they had been submitted and confirmed by the staff

After a long period of poor communication from another company Isatou restored my faith in hitting our target date for completion Very helpful over the phone and good communication via emails Thanks

Nav the case handler did his best under difficult circumstances Better service than we have had over the last 5yrs but still a lot to do

Integrar service was okay but what was lacking was the response time and had to send a few emails before getting the right response

Recently completed a remortgage - extra charges

I recently completed a remortgage Integrar were assigned by my bank Generally things went smoothly and communication was clear Unfortunately completion was delayed by 24hours as another conveyancer had an open enquiry at the Land Registry This delayed resulted in me incurring additional interest charges as well as additional fund transfer charges I believe Integrar could have checked the status on the Land Registry prior to the completion day and warned me of this in advance

Integrar has been a mixed bag for me

Integrar has been a mixed bag for me I was extremely unhappy with service provided by my initial caseworker However after changing caseworker my opinion somewhat changed Zeenat new caseworker was unbelievably helpful and diligent in her job What had taken an unacceptable time to resolve was swiftly sorted by Zeenat Overall everything was dealt with satisfactorily mainly due to the actions of my new caseworker

Proactive but not a high standard

A Mixed bag Positives were that Integrar were proactive in contacting me when documents were required and that the overall process was reasonably quick The negatives were that on multiple occasions documents were requested that had already been sent I was incorrectly informed that my mortgage offer had expired and my questionnaire hadn t been completed Also there were no direct responses to emails sent to the shared inbox - it felt very impersonal Not a great experience and not very professional - but there are far worse on the market Wouldn t use again

1st to 4star so overall 3star

was 1star at the begining and 4star in the end so a good recovery We wanted to wait 6 months to complete to avoid large penalties which would have meant losing our home An automated system kicked in and told us we were going to complete straight away despite us stating needing to wait 6 months on all the forms Really struggled to get hold of anyone on e-mail portal or phone which was mega stressful Eventually it was paused after hours of chasing Fast forward to 2023 and Hameem got involved He was great answered all questions over email very promptly and communicated really well This was all we needed to feel re assured Missing the date in March would also have meant losing the house so this is high stakes for us and all that was needed was clear accurate communication Thanks Hameem for saving the day

Remortgage completed no hassles Would love a more direct communication though rather than the automated mail On the overall satisfied with the team that looked after the process till completion
