Completed mortgage and the figures dont match

Completed mortgage and the figures dont match up phoned and waited for an hour before giving up Email a couple of times in the last week to Jo reply Will be complaining to FCA

Did not feel confident things were progressing

There was an initial delay which I do not know if the broker or Integrar were to blame but after chasing the broker everything seemed to kick off Once underway I received queries which I replied to immediately but then got no acknowledgment so unsure what was happening Had problems logging on to their update service no reply to my request for assistance After a flurry of info progress things seemed to go quiet again after chasing it burped into action again Basically took about 3 5 months to complete a very simple remortgage I then received an email saying they have been trying to contact me about my experience no missed calls or messages I emailed back no response 4 working days later the letter invited me to leave a positive review - sorry

Same as all the bad reviews on here Unorganised hard to get hold of no urgency etc Had to use them through TSB to remortgage my house Avoid if possible

One thing after another

One thing after another endless requests and requesting more money for simple requests would not recommend at all

Dreadfully painful

I found the whole process dealing with integrar a pain Firstly there is no personal approach at all I felt like every reply was copy and pasted I felt they often didn t answer my questions directly and when they did it was with the minimum information I would not say this company is customer centric in the slightest And the final nail in the coffin was hidden fees Only when the completion statement was sent was I informed of extra fees two of which were for work that had not been done so these were removed I m sure some people dont challenge this so I have no doubt the company are making extra money for work not done The one fee I did end up paying they said they informed me of but there is no trace of this in communications aside from the generic fees may be incurred along the process but we will inform you I was never informed All in all it has made me dread future mortgage renewals because of the long drawn out poor communication and bad management from this company The only positive I can find which has stopped them getting a one star is that in the last month they have been quick to reply

Terrible systems and comms good caseworker

Bit of a polarising experience to be honest Overall as a service it was pretty poor There was a lack of accurate communication we received directly contradictory requests for information requests for money to obtain documents that had already provided different figures in different emails in terms of balances to pay etc It often felt like our case had been duplicated and was being worked on by two separate teams that weren t speaking to each other or reviewing the correspondence that had been previously shared Against that we did have a positive experience with the caseworker Zeenat who was able to cut through all the miscommunication and tell us which emails to pay attention to and which not which meant that we got the mortgage over the line just in time It was just unfortunate that all those calls were ad hoc and last minute and primarily when I was in the office To sum up poor systems and comms Nice people who seem willing to help

Poor communication unless requesting money

Very average service Mark Gilruth who I had previously dealt with was incredibly professional personal and helpful The new cohort that have taken over are quite the opposite Poor communication Had to responded to various emails multiple times to request more information Most emails felt very automated with generic information and nothing personal to me and my home When they required money they would very quickly send reminders and urgently request payments before proceeding any further The additional payments were never clearly stated our outlined but had no choice to cover the costs to proceed Silver lining in Alan Alan who I did deal with at the very start was however outstanding He was very professional and gave his best efforts in giving everything a personal touch Knew mine my wife and kids names Made a small effort to ask about a family weekend I had meneitoned in a previous conversation Alan also explained in great detail the exact proceedings and everything that he has done Unfortunately Alan was only the first step in the process and did not continue throughout the whole process

Communication was poor

Communication was poor I used the portal on several occasions and no one responded We had documents sent which were duplicates and caused confusion We had to send Questionnaire twice - they denied receiving 1st even when I had a email receipt for it

Had a remortgage

Had a remortgage told the solicitors that my redemption figure was wrong 1 month before we completed Reminded them 2 weeks before and then 1 week Was told to just pay it and that I would get the overpaid money within 7 days Been over a month now and no one reads the emails correctly or cares enough to help

Communication Issues

Poor communication No one talks to each other therefore they duplicate correspondence chase you for info and when you query it s not needed update Integrar reached out to discuss the above issue which shows the do have the ability to communicate effectively
