A lovely choice of bouquets and gifts to choose from and I was able to find what I was looking for quite easilyThe ordering process was very straightforwardThe only issue I had was that when I saw a photo of the delivered bouquet it didn t look quite as nice or as full as the bouquet illustrated during the ordering processAll that said my friend was delighted with her flowers

My sister was in Australia without family around her and her relationship broke up and she had to move house and I felt useless because I couldn t be there to help her through it but due to your amazing service I was able to connect with love on the other side of the world by sending her some flowers and a personal note and there was no problems whatsoever so thank you very much

Even though the flowers I ordered were supposed to be light pink white and green fresh summer flowers it wasn t what was delivered I do know the florist can only make from what s in stock at the time Mine were a much darker combination But still beautiful So a happy customer thank you

I ordered a sympathy bunch of flowers for 75 euro My friend took a photo of the flowers she received and sent to me to thank me they were not what was pictured on the website and while they looked beautiful on closer inspection of the photo I could see that two of the flowers were already starting to decay the bouquet had very few flowers in it too for the price I am very disappointed with the flowers and will not be using interflora again

The flowers were different in colour shades

The flowers were straightforward to order and they were also delivered without any problems The photo however was very different from what my friend received in terms of colour I thought based on the photo that I had chosen subtle shades whereas what my friend received was on the loud side Perhaps the photos could be more reliable or else you might mention that such colour choices should be specified by the client

I ordered a beautiful bunch of flowers for my brother s birthday I wanted them to be very special so I selected the best seller bunch from the bouquets on display I was a little disappointed when he showed me the bunch that arrived as it was not the bunch I selected and was smaller also However it was still a very pretty bouquet with some red roses included so all in all it was good He was delighted with them so that s the main thing

Lovely Flowers but Spell Check Required for the Card

The bouquet I ordered this time was especially pretty I was delighted to see my sister loving them too I think sometimes it can be a bit of a hit-and-miss because it depends on the assigned flower shop and their flower availability on the day However the only complaint is that this time my card arrived with spelling errors I even double-checked my email confirmation to see if it was me or the shop but unfortunately it was not me that made the mistake and even if it was I think it would only be smart that they help you correct it Otherwise I loved the bouquet and delivery time despite ordering only a few days before my sister s birthday I hope the staff can double-check everything before delivery
