Worst airline Company ever
Worst airline Company ever I booked Teo Plane tickets for my co-workers At Malta Airport they said that their reservation didn t include Any kind of 10kg hand luggage they didn t sent Any kind of receipt to the firm email adress And they couldn t figure It out from their software nor the boarding passes They had to pay 40 each to Load the luggage not cabin space Also their site Sucks and Is n t user friendly

Shocking Customer Service
Shocking check in experience flying from Madrid to Malta The Madrid staff could only speak Spanish no Maltese or English and all announcements were in Spanish We paid a premium for priority luggage and it came out last when we arrived in Malta I will never fly with them again I can only see this airline failing like its predecessor Malta Airlines

Worst Experience
My friends and I flew to Malta through LGW via Easy jet and decided to try KM Malta for the experience on the way back On checking in we were told that the same under seat gym bag I used to come via easy jet with no issues was too big and they asked us to pay 40 40 for the same bag that was free under my seat via Easy jet Never again stick to Easy jet and Ryan Air

The Worst Airline Company of All Times
It is the worst airline I have ever flown with Terrible in-flight service grumpy staff no comfort in the seat and on top of that they completely broke my checked baggage leaving it without wheels The company is incapable of acknowledging its mistake and providing a refund for a broken product If you want advice never fly with KM Malta Airlines

Malta is full of pets that people have to leave behind because none of the budget airlines flying out of Malta with animals KM Malta have the most ridiculous requirements to fly with animals and then once you fulfil them you are reject HOURS before you fly It s revolting There is no customer service number to talk about pets only email and they ignore you Beware Their website lies

Cabin bag allowance is not stated at all neither on the boarding pass which is not a mobile-wallet compatible one btw I felt like we re in the 90s again nor on the manage your booking section in their site nor is it mentioned when the ticket is issued I was surprised while boarding that I needed to pay 40 for my carry-on bag because my ticket was a Economy Basic type When trying to pay the ground attendants in Rome were quite rude asking for a physical card and not accepting payment via mobile contactless card They didn t give me any solution when I told them I do not have a physical card with me I had to find a solution myself because I realized on my own that they just wanted to write down my card number in the system even though the POS dis actually accept contactless payment Again this airline seems to be stuck in the far past their customer service included Absolutely do not choose this airline

I m not surprised by the poor reviews given my experience I paid 20 each for seats 4A and 4D only to receive an email informing me that my seats had been changed to 10E and 10F without any explanation This is unacceptable It feels like they arbitrarily move passengers around even when they ve paid for specific seats This was my first and last time flying with KM I travel abroad 4-5 times a year and have never encountered such disappointing service or treatment Sadly given that it s a Maltese airline this level of customer care isn t surprising Very disappointed

KM Malta Airlines is the remaining ruin of the old Air Malta The website is a buggy mess and even for the basic services you have to pay Next to that the website offers no means to change flights and payment options are limited to 2 payment operators en even then often in my experience most of the times fail Even in the late 90 s of the last century websites offered better services Requesting a flight change has to be done by phone required to spell all codes and names to a bad English speaking operator and then you have to wait 2 days for confirmation because the payment process for a flight change by phone takes so long Boarding passes are no longer digital as the were with Air Malta but just an image of a last century paper boarding pass In my opinion they are in the competition to be the worst airline in the world

Filthy plane
My flight was one of the filthiest I ve ever experienced Old gum stuck to seats torn upholstery smell of puke on-board menu card that is torn stained and definitely unhygienic no toilet paper in the toilet and this experience cost 400 euros I hate layovers but probably I hate KM Malta more

Malta Is Great BUT DON T FLY KM MALTA AIRLINES
Each contact was a different excuse KM Malta subs out your baggage to a baggage service company and the airline plays you off of them back and forth Angelique would not give her last name nor does anyone who corresponds with you Eventually they would only agree to 150 euros reimbursement I completed all the forms and still no reimbursement I emailed their customer support last Friday with all the attached documentation on December 6th 2024 Just got a response from Customer Support They had issued me a check for 150 euros on 3 24 2024 Malta Airlines did not lose my luggage until September of 2024 You can t make up this level of incompetence I would give this company a zero if it was available Flew to Malta on September 9th 2024 and they lost my luggage for 11 days After I returned home my luggage showed up broken apart in pieces It cost us about 450 euros to buy clothes bathing suits luggage and have laundry done during the entire trip We were told they had found my luggage on day two
