I have been waiting for my custom sofa
I have been waiting for my custom sofa sectional for over a month It has been completed for over 2 weeks and has not been delivered Now part of the sofa sectional has been picked up the shipping company Why is that only part of my order was received by the shipping company if it is a custom item that has been completed over 2 weeks ago Now I must wait another week for them to ship the other part of the sofa sectional I will never do business with this company again Stay away from this company I should have done better research about this company

DO NOT SHOP HERE
I can t begin to tell you how disappointed I am with your store We are long time customers but will never step foot in your store again after our long frustrating and extremely unpleasant experience We have tried for the last 3 5 months to get a problem with an adjustable bed frame resolved After going back and forth between the store and the warranty people and after being told the frame was not repairable yes we made the mistake of buying the extended warranty we finally were told to go pick out a new frame We get there and we re informed that the frame we purchased just 2 years ago is no longer being made I assume it s because it s a piece of garbage that stopped working after 2 years So we pick out the one that we re told is comparable which is exactly like the one we had btw and we are then told that we owe 158 difference So we paid over 200 for the warranty that is basically useless and then we had to pay an additional 158 to replace our faulty bed frame with the exact same frame that now goes by Revive 3 0 instead of Revive 3000 So now we are out almost 500 at this point on an item that should have been replaced 100 If LS carries products that are that faulty they can t even last 2 years they should get a different vendor Stop making your customers pay for your bad decisions If I could use negative stars I would Shame on you LS

My worst online shopping experience
My worst online shopping experience I bought bedroom furniture from them which was told to be delivered in 5-6 weeks after about 3-4 days I found better furniture that was ready to ship I called them to cancel my order They charged me 10 of my entire order to cancel it even though it was not yet shipped the furniture was still sitting in their store I asked what if you deliver a furniture and it doesn t match the online pictures description and I return it they said you will still have to pay 10 plus bear the charges to return it too

Poor Quality
Delivered 3 weeks AFTER estimated time frame Contacted multiple times and could never get a straight answer on status of the order delay Arrived yesterday broken and unusable can t open drawers split wood on top right Poor quality and finish looks cheap Have to wait 2 more weeks for them to pick it up return Unacceptable

Worst decision ever
Worst decision ever This place is a joke I ordered a simple dining set over a month ago I could never get the status of the shipment finally given a tracking number put that in on their website and it says it s no longer in their care It is now with UPS I called UPS they don t even have any tracking numbers that would be associated with my dining table from this place I called living spaces back and got the rudest employee ever who said their shipping company picked it up and once they have it it s out of their hands they don t know anything about it and can t be of any help Let me first mention that the package is not with UPS like their website says in the staff told me well it s just a glitch in our system that it tells everybody Their packages are with UPS but it s with some other shoddy company called pilot Now I have called pilot several times and they could not find my table and as of this morning I am told oh it s in Ohio We don t know when it ll get here don t bother calling will call you Terrible all the way around Writing bad reviews on every platform possible I should have done better research

Used item shipped was sold to us as new
We purchased a recliner couch and chair including the company s warranty My wife worked in furniture outlet some years ago and immediately noticed that the pieces did not fully match in color The chair was obviously either used or a floor model we had been told they would be new Living spaces refused to consider replacing it or compensating us We will not recommend them to others or do return business

Big Regret in 2022
In 2022 purchase full beding rugs promises were made extra charges were added on return rug unwrap numerous calls on hold for the longest online with numerous people poor customer service all I have to say is beware what you sign for make sure everything you ask for is on the contract include all the promises that were made before they delivery I will never ever shop there again Everything you read on reviews are so true just be very careful

Do not recommend
I ordered a media center and driver wanted me to sign a damage waiver before delivering After almost 2 hour of back and forth I was told I could cancel the order but I will be charged the restocking fee Customer support agent said sh understood but there was nothing she could do I requested a call with supervisor and it takes 24 hours Item cost was around 2000 hence why I didn t want to receive a damaged items Terrible experience do not recommend buying here

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE
We ordered couches and tables unfortunately our home we were building in Texas was delayed by 6 months We called when all pieces reflected preparing for transport and updated to our Az address told to call Synchrony and all set 10 days later everything is in Texas and we are being told too bad pay us 25 restocking fee because it was custom and reorder if you want Worst customer service ever

DONT BUY
if you choose to buy here DO NOT BUY the extended warranty that they offer you when you buy furniture They claim you can use it as if its NO PROBLEM but when you try to use it you get the run around about your problem or simply put as though its your fault I paid a good amount of money for the extended warranty and IT IS USELESS I have bought several furniture pieces and home decor from here but I CAN NOT continue to buy when a company WILL NOT honor their word Don t get sucked into the cheaper prices THIS PLACE IS A SCAM and the reality of it is I dont think they care because they know they will continue to sell to other people Once you are out the door they could care less I would rather PAY MORE somewhere else and have great customer service
