Inexpertly SIM card lost network bars I tried to reach lycamobile via chat option which was quickest way to reach advisor to get help Bilal raised ticket with technical support but couldn t help out At last he transferred old number to new SIM card Bilal was helpful supportive and talented person to handle customers

I had few issues related to lyca sim

I had few issues related to lyca sim failure and some other things Lina was wonderful in web chat and helped me with all my queries and sim swap request as well Thanks lycamobile Reducing 1 star because you mentioned webchat is available MON - SAT but I tried all the Saturday waiting from morning 9 to evening 6 in chat but it was offline and no one also available in customer phone support Please correct the info and make it MON-FRI Thanks
