Excellent Service

LINA never fails to provide excellent support no matter what the issue is LINA is the best The issue is my extra data allowance was not credited upon auto-renewal as opposed to what was advertised upon purchase of the bundle They created a ticket for this issue Unfortunately they couldn t identify the root-cause for that until the responsible department gets back with an update But LINA yet again handled the situation with patience concern and understanding She would always provide full attention to each question and answer you in the nicest and most informative way Kudos to LINA Hope her excellent performance can be recognized by the management

Lina Bilal and Jesicca were very helpful with the help that I needed with my lycamobile SIM I have mentioned multiple names here because it took me some time to experiment with my phone settings and SIM and during that period I lost connection to tech support Nonetheless they all did a fantastic job of assisting me and I am fully satisfied with the service provided

I am extremely happy with the customer service provided by lyca mobile - Sandra I was trying to activate my SIM card online and I faced some challenges Sandra was really patient is understanding my concern and supported with the activation It was also a very smooth process Truly appreciate her help and amazing customer service

The agent was helped me well for my sim

LINA is the best Always helpful and patient with all my concerns But I hope Lycamobile Services will improve more and more in the foreseeable future I would often get issues with my bundles e g not renewing automatically the validity extends each day and therefore the data allowance is not being replenished as it should missing data allowance etc

Very Prompt and Helpful

Jessica helped me in sim swapping I wanted to change my physical sim number to esim she assisted me in doing that Since a bundle was active I need to wait for a couple of days But I am satisfied with the service Thank you

Great Service

Jeanette from sweden helpline was so patient and lovely I had a problem with my esim where i kept losing my signal and I lost contact with her multiple times The other agents that tried helping me was not efficient at all as they kept repeating the same few things which does not solve my issue Luckily I met Jeanette who was able to solve my distress
