Very bad don t buy I bought a package to use mobile data in UK och it took me about a day to understand what the difference between the offers they have and how to activate the package when you already have the sim and paid everything And then when I was in UK the mobile data doesn t work and I called and mailed them but no answer When I was back to Sweden I wanted to stop the automatic renewal and tell them that I wasn t satisfied so I call them and the person I talked to didn t care and wasn t kind

These are scammers beware I bought what I thought would be a prepaid card But it turned out to be a monthly subscription that was impossible to cancel I tried talking to them several times they promised refunds everything but instead they kept charging me on a monthly basis I ended up cancelling my bank card and getting a refund from my bank DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them THEY ARE SCAMMERS

We bought an esim with a package and got the e-mail with the activation QR-code We activated the esim but the package never activated and we never got data on the phone We tried deleting the esim and start over - but then the QR-code did not work anymore We called Lyca costumer service but they were really rude and treated us badly So in the end we just gave up Will probably not try using Lyca ever again

Hello Lyca Complaints and Helpdesk team My issue is not yet solved as of today 27 Aug 2024 My issue is not yet solved The issue first started on 09th June 2024 then had the same issue on 09th July 2024 and now 09th Aug 2024 and sent several complaints by mail and had several calls to your customer service number Even after 19 Days from 09 Aug 2024 my call and internet service is completely down even though I purchased a 12 months plan Even after so many escalations that you claim that you have done my issue is not getting resolved and I do not know how many more days I have to wait and how many more emails do you need from my side to check on this issue
