I had a simple request for transferring

I had a simple request for transferring my number from one LYCA sim to another LYCA SIM and that took 10 to 12 working days I was dissapointed with this long time Calling at the customer care number didnt help However when I escalated it to the escalation mail id things started moving and finally it was done So thanks to the escalation team but poor show by the regular team

I only give you 3 starts because you do

I only give you 3 starts because you do not answer my letters to your support office in Stockholm i still use my vectone simcard and I want a new lyca sim but to keep my Phone number as it is now every 4 minuters my internet and antenna stop working for around 1 minute after that it works again for another 4 minuters so you see i am not very happy From 0721 290842 Peter

Faulty customer care

Had a working number with them went on holidays and when came back the line didn t work anymore contacted customer support and no answer Because I needed a Swedish telephone line ordered a new number with some credit which never got included in my balance contacted again customer service and guess no answer again PS After my complaining here they solved the issues it took long enough they need to improve customer care and communication

They do listen to customers concern

Lycamobile does listen to customers concern and take action It might take sometime if it is complicated issue but they do prioritize our concerns Thanks for taking action in my issue

Matches my current needs

Matches my current needs although when I travel outside Sweden to another EU country it takes a bit of time to connect to a roaming service sometimes up to 30 min and multiple restarts of the phone

Good Support Operator

I chatted with Marianne Sherlotte one of the Lyca mobile support operators and she tried to do her best to solve my problem however my problem is not solved yet but they promised me to solve it soon I just wanted to thank her

Sim Roaming Issue

I was in a difficult situation while roaming My sim doesn t catch the network s in India I ve contacted the customer service and they provided solution in 3 weeks time Thanks Pradeep and team for following up my issue with the local operators and getting this done

The agent helped and hopefully everything WILL BE sorted in 24-48 hours However i had to write some things 3 times because its like he isn t reading the messages It looks like the agent is chatting with too many people at the same time and is under a heavy workload Not his fault but LYCAs Overall at least he helped will see if he did in 48 hours lol
