125 to 1100 Great Service overall

Great price but was passed to 3 diffirent agents before someone could help Also was promised a callback which never happened

thay cannot ring you if you are out of the UK

Paid for a new policy two days ago Various stars collided and sadly for me my new bike deal has since 25 admin fee applied to cancel the policy I can just about allow myself to forgive an admin fee of any sort within the first 14 days albeit I have made the phone call waited in a queue for 20 minutes and then the matter dealt with in under five minutes however I believe 25 is too high Complaint logged with the company Heard back a few days later and was given refund as goodwill Worked out for me However this will not be standard practice

Proof of no claims

Helpful in getting a good price for my first big bike after passing test did put the wrong date down of passing so had to re insurance next day but Part me as did not spot it at first they were very helpful in sorting it out with a bit more to pay good service every time

Decided to have another year of cover with MH as was cheaper than last year and felt it was a great price Dont know how a claim would work out but breakdown cover and recovery worked as adverised -

Poor recovery but good everything else

Easy to deal with so far Lots of extras and events you can attend if thats your thing Maybe a 5 in a years time Tme will tell

Easy process to buy

Have had problems using the recovery service and was left stranded for 6 hours once with no information Second time phone line was so bad it was useless Insurance is competitive price
