A very positive experience with

A very positive experience with Maverick It all went pretty well but I had to wait for a while before the bag arrived The reason for not giving it full marks is that the zipper is rather stiff I can t zip the bag with one hand and I m concerned it might break

I ordered a bag but the wrong bag was sent to me The bag was subsequently lost by the post office when we returned it There was a lot of going back and forth with the post office Royal Mail trying to locate the bag and seek compensation but they were not really unhelpful at all Maverick s Customer Service Team s handling of the matter on the other hand has been nothing but exemplary - everyone I have dealt with have been very prompt in dealing with this matter responsive and helpful All customer service should be like this Thank you to the Customer Service Team at Maverick

Wonderful Customer Support and wonderful item

At the begining Doris reached out to inform me that the colour that i have chosen was OOS and suggested me for another colour process was seamless and prompt Secondly I would like to give credit to Rachelle and Angelica for resolving some logistics issue at my country not their fault but was some hiccups during delivery They went went extra mile to help me obtain the contact numbers for me to check on my status Keep it up And for the items I bought I would say I have no single regret in purchasing and I would definitely return to purchase more in near future

Reaching out to Maverick Co customer support team was a pleasant and efficient process The original product itself the Manhattan double zip case continues to be much loved However the speed of resolving a small issue on the bag shows the value given to customer care Thank you Maverick co you have earned another loyal fan

I have the leather briefcase It is a beautiful bag but after only two months I had an issue with the strap I contacted Maverick and got a very quick response from their customer service They are shipping a replacement strap I appreciate their efforts to make things right TIP If you order a Maverick bag order direct from their website not a third party seller to make sure you get the very best customer experience

I ve been really pleased with my Maverick Double Zip briefcase Sturdy and with lots of room for my daily business items However when one of the handles broke Maverick responded very quickly and replaced the bag without hesitation Excellent service

Excellent Forte Light backpack I receive many compliments on it and have referred colleagues to Maverick s website After owning the bag for 10 months the zipper pull broke detached Since it was within the 12 month warranty period I contacted customer service via email and they responded quickly and were quite friendly They asked for photos and videos of the problem which I sent They have agreed to replace the bag with a new one I am very thankful and will continue to refer others based on how much I like the bag and Maverick s customer service response
