I ordered the Metropolitan Briefcase and it s not what I expected I am still waiting for a response to send the briefcase back I sent photos and all that they requested If I don t get shipping return and refund I will contact complaint with my CC company I will keep you posted as to how smoothly the return goes I have changed my review from one star to 3 The reason for that was the return process was not too difficult and one has to follow all of the instructions I found email communication fairly easy The issue I had with the bag itself was cost and quality In general it s not an awful bag and reasonably well made but not for the price point of 260 00 I was not thrilled that the hardware holding the handle was plastic I researched this bag before ordering and the video etc this bag should really be in the 60- 75 00 range I really wanted to love the bag and with higher quality material it would be beautiful I will probably not order expensive bags online anymore

Beware of the return process The bag I purchased was fine it just wasn t for me I was a bit disappointed in their returns process which is by far from ideal You have to take a series of photos email them then get approval in order for them to provide a return label The returns approval took almost 2 weeks to get a response and I had to contact their customer service chat bot to finally get someone to approve it I returned the bag in January 2023 I wanted to check March 29 2032 if my refund was processed and it never was It wasn t until I contacted customer support again that they actually confirmed the item was returned and issued a refund If I didn t check back in they wouldn t have refunded me The customer service was prompt in the final exchange however the whole process is terrible I ve lost money 60 in non-refundable charges on this bag BEWARE

I ordered the Explorer Light Backpack Plus I liked the functionality of the bag and how lightweight it was However like other reviewers stated the zippers seemed cheap and loud The material of the bag felt like plastic Beware if you return because you are dissatisfied you will responsible for paying the return shipping as well as the shipping for when the company sent out to bag upon purchase

Good products but the shipping takes a long time They need to reconsider their services

Love their bags they need to get a Europe sorting office 60 for P P on already expensive bags no thanks

The product is good I should rate 5 star if it cost under 200

Just what i needed a slim slick bag for my daily commute the envy of the block hope it would last years Took a month to arrive after I send an email for information the Maverick team was in constant contact with me until it arrived
