Maverick team didnt just create great product - their bags are great But they have also built a great system to handle customer issues Speed of response to emails politeness of the tone of messages and overall great experience dealing with them Thumbs up guys

Great bag - I went for the double zip briefcase - lots of compliments in the office Really pleased with the quality - feels sturdy and I can just squeeze in some mini toiletries clean pair of pants socks and a carefully folded shirt in main compartment - so ideal for one overnight stays

Legitimate Customer Support goes a LONG way

I purchased a wonderful bag from Maverick Co in 2021 and needed a bit of help selecting a new one as I had a few issues with the current one not due to Maverick I received outstanding support from Lyh-Anne with specific guidance and their policies and eventually made a purchase of another bag The support team is incredibly responsive in my experience within an hour and I m left only wanting to purchase more products from them due to the high level support I received Will definitely recommend to friends and family
