Broken Zipper on First use of Zipper

My wife purchased Maverick Co Backpack for my business bag first time using the bag for travel unzipped the laptop section of the backpack and the zipper broke Wife contacted Maverick Co customer service said we did not buy bag direct from them need to go through Macy s Customer service very poor and appears the business bag quality is poor If I took this back to Nordstrom s Costco or other bag sellers bag would be replaced no questions asked now I have to jump through a bunch of unnecessary hoops to try and get this bag returned It s not worth the dollar value look elsewhere for your next bag

different prices for different countries

the same item will be 269 EUR 289 USD if you view the US version of the page 319 EUR for spain and 369 EUR for germany etc These all exclude shipping and taxes its purely the item cost for changing the language on their page which is ridiculous edit i did contact them before and after and the reply is that the prices shown differ due to the currency exchange rate which makes no sense as not only do they change for countries who have the same currency in the EU but if you would check the exchange rate it should be cheaper from USD to EUR and not more expensive At least for the EU it sems they are amending the prices by country based on how rich the country is and not based on anything valid its a rip off

I m very disappointed of the quality Very Poor quality for 180 Backpack the fabric inside looks like plastic The customer service is very bad too Delivery not refund We have to pay to return any product I do not recommande Please think twice before to place an order Made in UK can only be better option for sureO

Terrible customer service

I wrote a positive review for Maverick Co based on their offer to replace my bag within warranty period for faulty handle Probably wrote too soon This offer to replace is a hoax Despite my bag still available for sale on their website they keep telling me that they can t ship the same When I ask for alternatives similar to my bag then they keep referring me to the website which has none I expected much better quality from them for the price Any future buyer beware

Can this company be trusted

I have been waiting now for a delivery ordrered more than a month ago Customer service is replying with same answers and yet nothing is happening So I wish I could rate the quality of the product for now the company cannot even deliver - but the money have been collected

Costly and Complex Return Process Very Disappointing

I recently bought a backpack as a gift but unfortunately it turned out to be smaller than expected When I attempted to return it I was dismayed to find that the return process was quite inconvenient and costly The backpack had to be shipped back to Hong Kong at my own expense which was surprisingly expensive - a whopping 500 for shipping alone This seems excessively high and quite unreasonable making it the worst return experience I ve ever encountered

Absolutely not leather opened the packaging and the smell of plastic was all pervading Paid 188 00 for a leather briefcase no way is this leather it was a gift for my hubby s birthday I cannot tell you how disappointing this is It looks like a Chinese manufactured import Would avoid this fabulous looking website at all costs SCAMMED I want you to send me a FREE return label and credit my account with a full refund Once I have the free returns label through this email address I will be prepared to discuss this mis-selling issue with you direct in order for you to re-credit my account

Misleading company charge 15 for express delivery which in my case was 4 days Something smells about them and their honesty read reviews Product amazingly average and badly finished zips so poor quality

The zipper on the bag I ordered broke after two weeks I contacted the company they made me send ten pictures several videos and their solution was that I needed to package the bag up again and courier it to them where they would then assess the zipper and get back to me The worst customer service ever I would advise to not waste your money on their products

I recently bought a bag from Maverick The zip was faulty I returned my bag as requested and I was assured I would be getting a replacement Instead they simply sent me my bag back I ve bought several bags from Maverick but this experience has completely put me off brand I ve now lost all interest and confidence in the warranty and I m left with a bag that I can t use the pops open and risks the loss of the contents
