I purchased one of their leather backpacks for work Unfortunately the handle on top of the bag ripped after about a year After reaching out with some photos the customer service team impressed me They responded promptly handled the issue professionally and went above and beyond by sending me a new bag instead of opting for a repair I m extremely pleased with the outcome Real commitment to customer satisfaction

When an item I ordered was out of stock Maverick Co emailed me right away to let me know I responded to the email letting them know which product I would like to replace it with and they responded within half an hour letting me know that the product was in stock and they would ship it out for me The experience couldn t have been easier speedier or more pleasant

Affordable and high-quality bag with good support

I bought the Forte Light bag and it looks chic and feels light as advertised There was a problem with the leather hardware two months of light usage and while Maverick and Co takes a bit of time to reply their support is impeccable I recommend buying from them if you prefer an affordable yet high quality office bag and would like to receive good support

I discovered Maverick and Co when searching for a new bag for work I really like the blue leather colour and the orange accent and internal lining The bag is looks great and stylish and is incredibly functional It is also excellent value for money so much so that two of my colleagues have also bought the same bag and I know they are both as happy as I am with the product
