Nice CS service - Rachelle

After finish my first purchase of buy a backpack a 30 discount email on add-on purchase sent to my email I want to buy a wallet as the second purchase However 30 discount is not available on wallet but only bags I try to ask CS s help And Nice Nice Rachelle help me to settle the discount problem with patience and good attitude The shopping experience was great But please careful for the promotion It was sad when I receive 30 discount which is only available on bags Becasue I already bought a backpack in my first order Maybe you can send 30 discount for bags and 25 discount for wallet as add-on purchase discount Thank you for your help Rachelle

Maverick Co makes incredibly beautiful and well-designed luxury wear I ordered the Earthen backpack and receive compliments all the time - I couldn t be more happy When accidental damage happened to my backpack the Customer Service and Design teams were incredibly responsive and empathetic I explained what had happened in detail provided a photo and after their evaluation they provided a solution that fully satisfied my needs as a customer I look forward to continue shopping at Maverick Co in the years to come Their wears are exquisite and I wish them all the best as folks grow awareness of their brand and extremely high quality of their luxury goods and the service they provide customers Could not ask for better from a clothing company

I was already a fan because of the design and quality of my briefcase and the customer service gave me an even greater appreciation of this company I reached out to see if they could send me a replacement part for a broken They responded right away and said they d send me a replacement strap Great briefcase great service

I ve been using a Manhattan Double-Zip Leather Briefcase from Maverick Co for 9 months It s been a great briefcase Some may say it is a bit heavy but as it is made of leather the increased weight is expected compared to cloth briefcases In the last few months its handles have started to come apart where the leather is stitched and glued together Looking to resolve the issue I have contacted the company s support team within 1 year warranty period that advised that a new replacement briefcase will be shipped Looking forward to receiving it

Got a Manhattan briefcase for my husband for his Christmas gift last year He liked that it is formal enough and yet able to sling it He uses it daily to go to work Unfortunately his strap recently broke However Maverick Co decided to send us a new strap free of charge Thank you Maverick Co Best customer support Will purchase new bags from you if required in future
