Good customer service when something went wrong

Had been using my Limitless Briefcase for a year and had a problem with the wax used to seal the edges of the leather handle that had become soft and was rubbing off on things After a few emails with customer service they have agreed to a replacement Knowing that customer service are really there if something goes wrong is the best representation of their brand Look forward to using my new bag and all my other M C bags

Truly excellent customer service I had my bag for about 6 months and then discovered a defect with it which couldn t be repaired The Maverick team was super responsive and shipped me a replacement I travel every week and this bag comes everywhere with me Highly recommended

Absolutely fantastic customer service and an even better quality product I purchased the Explorer Light backpack in Blue in 2019 and the bag has held up great despite being used outdoors in the elements daily for my work I get compliments all the time to this day on the bag with how professional sleek and modern it is Highly recommend Maverick Co and their products Excited to be buying a new backpack from them as well Buying the Forte Light - also in blue

Strap replacement under warranty

I contacted the customer service to buy a replacement strap for my bag but it turns out that it is under warranty and they will send a new strap for free Great customer service

Excellent Customer Service

The support team at maverick have been absolutely superb over the last month that i have dealt with them I had to return a briefcase which royal mail subsequently lost The team helped me every step of the way and this morning my replacement case arrived In particular Rachelle and Lyh-anne were excellent thanks so much for making a potentially stressful situation easy
