Miles and Barr sold my aunt s bungalow in a not altogether bullish market The stuck at it and achieved a sale within touching distance of the asking price but were always realistic with their advice and they also made sure the sale went through the legal process and kept us informed at all stages Knowing what is going on is often forgotten as a vital component of the process and they delivered this to a five star level

My house was on the market for a long time before it was sold Everyone at Miles Barr were very supportive and did everything they could to help us get a sale Scott was very helpful along with the rest of the team The person who stood out the most was Debbie Mead the Sales Progressor Debbie was amazing and worked tirelessly to get things sorted out for us She was responsive and empathic towards our situation and was very knowledgeable about the whole selling process She liaised with the solicitor and pushed them along when they were not completing things in a timely manner Debbie made the whole process much easier for us and we trusted that she was always working to support us Thank you Debbie
