At first we felt so frustrated with Miles Barr as they wouldn t let us view anything until we had accepted an offer on our place However once we were in a proceedable position we were able to view a big selection of properties very quickly When we were in a position to make an offer M B responded very quickly and kept lines of communication open We wanted to say thank you to Rhyss Alfie and Fran from the Canterbury office for keeping our spirits up when we thought we d never find the right place and their patience It felt like we went on a real journey and in the end it was made more enjoyable because of the people we dealt with

Buying my property was a long process Not the estate agents fault However Becky white kept me informed throughout the whole process She gave me advice when she thought I needed to contact the solicitor and had a calm way about her that made you chill when is said it was all progressing nicely

Becky White has been really helpful from our offer being accepted to the point of exchange She has been giving regular updates by email and was quick to respond to any emails we sent with queries A completely different much more positive experience compared to one we had with a previous estate agent

A pleasant experience all the staff very helpful and would happily recommend Special thank you to Becky who kept us up-to-date at all times and was always very helpful
