Miles Barr were very professional and supportive throughout a long process nothing to do with M D and the sales progressor really helped us get it over the line in a very professional and kind manner

Excellent customer service from Louise

I was in quite a long chain which resulted in a fraught and very stressful journey but Louise my Sales Negotiator worked tirelessly to get my sale over the line and I finally moved into my new property in December 2023 There were times when I thought about giving up but Louise was always there with a reassuring calmness and she was very dedicated and professional and a credit to Miles Barr and I cannot recommend her high enough

I used Miles and Barr as the company are local to the property i was selling My initial contact and interactions with Ryan of the Westgate branch were excellent and he was able to answer all my questions or find an answer I felt valued as a client This continued through my sale and the help of Debbie Mead Excellent She answered ALL my emails and phone calls and was able to help with interactions between the buyer and Myself and Solicitor Debbie was robust at problem solving and i don t think the sale would have been as smooth if it wasn t for her and her work behind the scenes I would recommend the company and staff above highly
