I would recommend Miles and Barr for providing an excellent service Specifically my sales progressor Courtney Sweet She was quick to respond to any emails calls contacted relevant parties when needed and found out answers that my solicitors wouldn t provide She was extremely helpful

All credit goes to AMY WHIFFIN - now with Miles and Barr Folkestone who continued with the ethics of her previous company-Advanced Lettings She was professional helpful always prepared to find solutions-important as we live 250 miles away It took finance at M B over a week to remit the rent each month It also took M B a month to advise us that our tenant had gone into a nursing home-already notified by Folkestone Council on 19 January So all credit to Amy Whiffin and thanks for all her help over the years Sue Wilding 15 03 22

I was greeted by a friendly professional greeting from Jake Chamberlain at 1 Kentmere Avenue Jake made sure that I saw all of the property and answered all questions asked with confidence and knowledge of his role and was respectful of the property asking if the garden could be last bit viewed to protect the carpets from dirty footwear Jake remained friendly and professional throughout the tour I was happy with the experience Thank you Tina Perks

Great communication from the whole team Shannon Claringbould has been particularly helpful However when we first started the process of applying for the property our names had been spelt incorrectly and my email address was wrong and it took a little while for this to be corrected

Overall very satisfied

Unfortunately we had a poor experience with the Canterbury sales team for our first attempted purchase - we were not told the property was going through probate until after we had spent circa 1500 on surveys and legal fees 1500 and approximately 2 months of wasted time Once we moved from the sales team to sales progression for the second property we were very well looked after and Rebecca was superb - see below Rebecca in sales progression was excellent Communication is so important and she was accessible and kept us right up to date I really felt she wanted to get things moving as much as we did I was confident she was working hard behind the scenes liaising with the legal teams and the vendor

jake was very informative on the property also took time with me even after i arrived late to the viewing he also provided tips on how to manage the space in the property also very prompt with application email

A professional service all of the staff that I met were friendly and accommodating I was impressed by the Senior Sales Progressor Suzanne is experienced informative friendly and easy to talk to about any concerns I had have She is great person to have for linking both the seller and myself for information and importantly a sense of respect
