The 3mm felt fabric is fabulous but Evri Hermes do not keep you very well informed and have delayed delivery of my last two packages

Good service and nice fabrics

I loved choosing the fabric for outdoor cushions as well as some wonderful silk fabric at a great priceI saw that my order had been dealt with promptly but couldn t understand why it took 2 weeks to arrive at my address I must say that the outdoor fabric was a dream to sew and the pattern complements the picnic bench seats at my sons home making a tropical feel to the gardenThe pictures on the website were perfect well done to my fabrics

Beautiful fabrics long delivery time

I am pleased with the two fabrics I ordered but felt the black and white linen cotton blend with viscose and polyester wasn t described as well as it might have been The website said it was shirting fabric but suitable for dresses etc light and matte with a pleasant layer of comfort The fabric is heavier than I expected and not as summery The offwhite slub yarn has a sheen to it and it isn t as soft as it could be Maybe once it is washed it will feel that it has a pleasant level of comfort

Good quality good fabric delivery times okay

I rate MyFabrics four stars because of the delivery delay My order arrived month after placing the order despite the website saying that it would only be two weeks However the fabrics and accessories arrived well packed in good condition and they are beautiful The quality and pattern of fabrics is lovely I also ordered some swatches of other fabrics and I will be ordering them bearing in mind that it will take about a month to arrive I think if they disclose and corrected the delivery time they woul avoid so many negative reviews

Fantastic fabric not particularly fast delivery

It s not a UK company so don t expect quick delivery Other than that it is not a bad experience The website is very well set up and everything is easy to navigate compared to other actual UK fabric stores so it s an easy process that end The dates and info are all in USA format on the website so it s very confusing and frustrating to use I d say they need to fix that asap it makes it feel very cheap I m unlikely to use them again The fabric I received was incredibly nice and I must say that their selection is quite impressive

help sought was slow but product good

I haven t ordered from myfabrics in years and was surprised to see such awful reviews after I d placed my order Customer services weren t particularly helpful or polite but my order arrived in the estimated delivery dates and the quality was fantastic

Great range of fabrics at a good price

There was some discussion prior to my purchase albeit not very quick response luckily I did not need at the time but another time the tardiness would have been frustrating Was still not sure of answer but ordered anyway goods received were of a good quality

This company delivers from Germany not the UK

Great range of fabrics at a good price however delivery time is a bit lengthy I ordered on 04 01 24 and it arrived on 18 02 24
