I have used My Fabrics a few times They have s great range of fabrics but my last transaction with them showed me that there customer service department is far from helpful My fabric turned up a month late after it apparently got sent to the wrong address I m not sure how this happened It was only when I chased it up multiple times that anyone gave me a sensible reply It did eventually get delivered During the time I was waiting for my fabric they then had a 15 off all fabrics When I eventually got my fabric there was no apology and no offer of a good will gesture So I asked for one the offered me a 5 voucher which equates to 7 of the order I made So I asked again and explained about the 15 to which I got no answer I just feel as this was their mistake they did very little to go out of their way to put it right I have been left very disappointed

It was so odd I ordered and paid - the postage is horrendously high-and almost immediately was told by email the fabric was pout of stock and could they substitute well of course I said NO and refund please and then I wasted time checking for the refund I was just about to write to complain when all of my order just arrived It did take weeks longer than pre Brexit but I guess thats BREXIT for you HOW VERY WEIRD WHY tell me it was out of stock

Buyer beware this company is not based in the UK Very very slow service in terms of delivery Buyer has to cover postage costs back to Germany I will not purchase from this company again Over two weeks since returning my order - paid for by me - and NO REFUND

I am a loyal customer of MyFabrics All fabrics have arrived as described and I never regretted my choices It is very helpful that MyFabrics accepts returns which is unique in this industry I am leaving 2 stars only because I believe there is a space for improvement I have recently purchased a fabric which had a comment more is on its way I have been promised that this fabric will be available again and therefore I went for a purchase of the last metres It s been more 2 5months and I am still waiting for the rest of the fabric to be in stock to finish off my project It is very frustrating because I spend quite lot of money for the first batch MyFabrics keeps replying to check the stock next month each time I get in touch The item changed from more to arrive to sold out It is really annoying not knowing what is actually happening If I only knew where else to buy this fabric again

Can t comment on the order itself as not yet received Placed an order on 9th June 2022 and its still not even shipped I emailed to find out why and customer services advised that they have a high volume of orders and it will hopefully be ready soon but failed to provide exact details I m afraid this kind of delay is really disappointing and will stop me ordering from them again

Website is easy to use and selection of samples is good However the long waiting time for delivery is not explained clearly at checkout I believe this is on purpose They ship from Germany but I believe having a co uk web address is deliberately deceitful They say they have this info in their Terms and Conditions however I believe they rely on the fact that most customers do not read this I have already emailed customer support requesting to cancel and refund Poor communication between themselves and Evri Hermes and they do not state before purchase that they use Evri otherwise I would not have ordered I do not have faith it will be delivered Not worth waiting for

Fabric finally arrived it was what I ordered and of the expected quality But I wouldn t recommend buying until they ve sorted out their website and delivery problems I tried to order 9 times each time instead of taking me to the payment page to enter my card details it redirected to the home page I did try the usual turning off pop-up and tracking blockers and using a different browser with the same result My account shows the failed orders so it was accepting the order but not letting me pay In the end I had to use Paypal Delivery is incredibly slow it took 29 days I ordered on 02 08 22 and received the order on 31 08 22 I ve ordered from AliExpress China and had items shipped by sea that arrived more quickly Communication isn t very good either It s just emails to say there s a delay but no info on how long the delay is

Fabric never arrived it s now been a month so I asked for a refund after three weeks No quibbles but no apology or explanation either Perhaps it got lost in the post which wouldn t be their fault but who knows I wouldn t buy from here again or recommend to friends

Fabric tore before I could even assemble it on the chair back Would definitely not recommend this site The fabric was sold for deck chairs if it tore when I just pulled it to fit it I cannot see how anyone could possibly sit on it

Delivery was very slowI wanted 2m of a bag strap and ordered 0 2m by mistake price way to high for such a small amount When querying customer service was not friendly
